I recently had a new composite door and windows fitted, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The quality of the materials is outstanding. The installation team was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail, ensuring everything was fitted perfectly. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking.

Hi I have my windows fitted by this company, excellent work done by fitter and made sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up properly.

We arrived at the showroom not really knowing exactly what we wanted but the way Lui guided us through our options and gave us mocked-up examples of many different styles of front door was fantastic. Being able to go to a showroom rather than just looking online makes all the difference. The door Installation was done professionally, I would highly recommend.

Aftab was excellent throughout the whole process. He came to my house, listened to what I wanted and gave me a very good quote. Once he had the windows ready, he came with his team and installed them without causing any disruption to my family. He then cleaned everything up and ensured I was satisfied with the service provided. I was very impressed and would highly recommend him.

We made 20 windows and 3 doors by this man and we were serviced whith professionalism and efficiency all the way through. The support and communication was given throughout the entire process of choosing designing and installing the windows. Received really good advice in the showroom, without any of the usual high pressure salesmanship; quoted a competitive price, with no hidden extras; delivered and installed within three weeks. You can't really ask much more than that. I would highly recommend.

I was recommended to Chiltern Doors by a friend of mine which says it all really. Lui came out to see us in early April as we had just moved house and needed to replace a poorly fitted front door. He is so lovely and we were so impressed with him we ended up ordering three doors!! We were given a lead time of 3-4 weeks and he was true to his word. Our doors were fitted yesterday by two of his fitters Hawant and Grewal who were very competent at their job. The doors have been fitted very professionally by them and they took away the old doors and trims as well. This Company has gone above and beyond my expectations and we will probably use them again in the near future as we have patio doors which need to be replaced. Thank you all so much

This is the second time I have used this company. Both times absolutely delighted by all aspects of the service provided right the way from sales, measure, fitting and after sales and accounts.
Showroom has lots of door styles and colours to view and ranging from affordable to more premium. Lui’s knowledge and advice is highly valuable and is able to guide you through what will work for you and your budget. Never pushy and knows what’s currently on trend. Angie in after sales is a superstar who really cares about the customer and really goes that extra mile.

I made my initial inquiry via the Chiltern Doors website and Lui came back to me immediately with suggestions for the style of composite door I was looking for. We followed up our inquiry with a visit to the showroom where we were able to view a huge selection of doors to help us make our selection. When we were ready to place our order, Lui visited our home to provide further support to help us with our requirements. Once our order was placed a team of very professional surveyors came to measure up for our required windows and doors. On fitting day all went very smoothly. The fitting team were very pleasant and considerate, covering the carpets to avoid mess inside the house. The work was completed to a high standard and we are very happy with everything. Key has a great selection and makes it easy to purchase. We worked with Lui and she was very knowledgeable and guided us to find the perfect doors we were shopping for. Their price was very fair and so far the experience was great. We had to order door so we'll hope the great service continues.

Chiltern doors are a fantastic company, the website is very easy to use which makes selecting the configuartion of purchasing windows and doors incredibly easy. We had become so fed up of traipsing pushy contractors around our home and being told what we want, but fitting yourself really isn't that bad. The installation guides provided were excellent, they maintained good communication to keep us up to date with our order, delivery was prompt and to top it all off, it came in as half the cost quoted by contractors. Lastly Haris was so helpful during the whole process.

From the start to finish of appointing Chiltern windows and doors, the service was to top and personal standard. We couldn’t recommend the team enough.

On day one (Sunday afternoon) the director personally opened up the showroom to take us through the products.

Wasn’t a pushy salesman!

Explained all options available to us on colour matchings and design of doors.

On the same day (Sunday) drove a 90 mile round trip to visit our house to measure up so to give us the best and most accurate price.

Communicated on when our doors were in and days available.

Fitting. The employed team (not sub contractors) were polite, tidy and friendly.
On completion of each door, took us through the finish and locking mechanism.
The end product is absolutely spot on with a high quality finish that has transformed our home.
