Outstanding service and a stunning sofa…
Outstanding service and a stunning sofa – 5 stars!
I recently bought a Chill Me Sofa and honestly couldn’t be happier. First off, the sofa itself looks amazing – the design, the fabric, the comfort… it’s genuinely transformed our living room. Everyone who visits comments on how good it looks.
But what really sets Chill Me apart is the service. It’s a family-run business, and you can tell. The communication from start to finish was outstanding – regular updates, clear delivery info, and a really personal touch. On delivery day, everything went exactly as promised, and the driver was polite and careful.
If you’re looking for a beautiful sofa from a company that actually cares about its customers, look no further. Outstanding in every way.

I recently purchased a sofa and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. The sofa itself is incredibly comfortable, well-made, and looks fantastic in my living room. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service especially from Darius. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This company is getting it right...
This company is getting it right! Friendly and communicative customer service from start to finish which really eased my initial anxiety at buying from an online store. Delivery was much easier than expected, and the driver put my sofa together quickly while we had a chat. An absolute pleasure to hear the enthusiasm he has about his company, especially as he was still out delivering at 7pm on a Saturday over the bank holiday weekend. Great quality sofa too, the only company who had what i wanted at a reasonable price. Highly recommend you give them a try.

Really pleased with this sofa overall. The fabric feels high-quality and durable, with a nice texture. It’s comfortable and practical, especially with the bed and storage feature.
