In love with our new sofa!
The sofa is exactly what me and my partner wanted, it's very comfy and looks great. From picking out the colour and the material, to delivery, the team's customer service was fantastic. Always polite despite my pestering for updates on the order and delivered it quite quickly after they received our order - despite it currently being holiday season.
Also, a special thank you for helping assembling the sofa despite the late night delivery!

Truly awful quality furniture and took two months to turn up.
The returns policy says you can't return if you've built the item(which just involves sliding the pieces together but they don't fit well at all). The kicker is you can't tell how bad it is until you build it. I've now raised a complaint with Paypal as realise that is against your statutory rights.
Please look at the reviews by KatieMiller, Amir and Barbara. Notice that they all review ChillMe and Sofanatic? Well google "companies house dariusz deren" - unsurprisingly he owns both companies that have been reviewed. I implore you to avoid this company and Sofanatic(the one I bought from). Also notice the review saying buy direct from their website instead of amazon - that's clearly again fake and them not wanting to pay amazon commission
Happy to provide photos of the awful quality if this is disputed in any way.

Firstly, we were contacted by you 3 months after the sofa was delivered with a message that simply stated you weren’t happy with the product. No photos or videos were sent that we could help to sort out any issues for you. We weren’t even given an opportunity to discuss what the issue was before we were told about your plan to write a review. From what we can see, 5/7 reviews you have placed are 1 star with a complaint about a company being “Only open Mon-Fri 9-5 which is absurd!”.
Our sofas are made to order and so we unfortunately cannot return them if they are opened and built incorrectly. The driver offered to build the sofa for you, which can help to make sure you’re happy with the product but you declined. If the driver had built the sofa, you could have informed him if you weren’t happy. Regardless, we give plenty of opportunity to check the sofa before we leave, showing you the colour and the fabric and the model and style you ordered. We do not leave you with the sofa until you have confirmed that you are happy with the product and sign the document stating that you have accepted delivery. We are different to other sofa companies who will just leave the sofa outside, we help take the sofa into the exact room you want and give plenty of time for you to check it.
Additionally, you claim we have fake reviews. Please check Amazon for our various products including the one you purchased which have great reviews and photos to go with it. It’s impossible to fake reviews on Amazon as they are all buyer verified.
A shareholder in two separate companies is extremely common and is nothing that’s hidden or negative in any way. Nor is it illegal or unethical. Companies house is public and completely open for a reason.
Amazon has fees for selling on its platform which are included in the Amazon pricing, which is why our prices are higher on Amazon. Why wouldn’t customers choose to go directly through us to save £100+?
Unfortunately, 3 months has passed since you ordered the sofa and it's only the first time that you raised anything to us about being unhappy with the product. 99% of companies have a return policy of 14 or 28 days including us, so sadly nothing can be done.
If the issue was raised within the return period and policy, we could have definitely done something for you.
We implore all customers to contact us as much as possible if they are unsure about purchasing a sofa from us, we have hundreds of real life photos from our previous customers and will be delighted to help you out in ordering and making sure you get the exact product you like to avoid any issues.

A very reliable company
A very reliable company; we’ve ordered a sofa bed which was delivered on time by Darius who was kind enough to set it up at no extra charge which was a very nice surprise.
He was knowledgeable, polite and very friendly. Pleasure to deal with.
Sofa is of an outstanding quality and we will certainly be ordering from this company in the future.

Terrible service and quality
Terrible service and quality.
My experience mirrors most of the 1 star reviews. Delayed delivery, surprise assembly cost added a day before the delivery, driver having back issues and me needing to organise two people to help carry the sofa.
The product itself is of poor quality. When we assembled the sofa upon sitting down the back came off. Only two screws in that were not properly screwed in with holes for 5 screws. I would never buy from those cowboys again.
Avoid at any cost! Try and give them a call, they never answer their phone but just reply on text after few hours. I suspect it’s a one man band.

Unfortunately your order was slightly delayed due to our manufacturer having some issues, with getting transport over to us in time. We do apologise for that as we never want our customers to have delays. We did inform you of this delay and gave you all the information that we knew of, but sadly some things are not in our control and we apologise that it affected your order.
Our delivery driver had a calf injury last month and we let our customers know in advance that some assistance is needed. He can carry parts, but if there are stairs he needs help. 99% of customers were very happy to help lift some of the parts and were extremely understanding as we are a small family business and our driver still wished to deliver through his injury. We are grateful that you indeed helped our driver.
As for assembly, we do not include the price of assembly into our pricing so that customers can save money if they wish to assemble themselves, which is very helpful to many customers who are trying to save when moving into a new family home, etc. We have sold many of these products and the backrest does not come off just from sitting and applying normal amounts of pressure.
As stated before, we are a small family business and get much busier just before Christmas, as with all other companies. We are sorry if our phone lines were full and we do try to get back to you as soon as we can and always will respond and answer your questions.

Exceptional purchase 👏 my new sofa from Chillme is even nicer than what I was expecting. Made of good quality materials, very nice fabric, overall very presentable. I use my sofa as my bed and having a problem with my back I was wondering if that's a good idea to sleep on a sofa bed, but after few nights I am very pleased. I definitely recommend Chillme, fast delivery, payment options and good customer advice too.

Just Received our sofa from Chillme amazing customer service, professional and helpful driver. Sofa exactly like in the pictrue. Took only 4-5 weeks to deliver which I think is quiet good. Definitely recommend to everybody!

Our sofa got delivered today. Best quality, it looks absolutely stunning! Even delivered by the owner who was so nice and helped us to get the sofa on the first floor. Had some issues as staircase was narrow however he had an idea how to overcome it! Also helped us to assemble it. Highly recommend !

I wish I could give more than 5 stars as this company is outstanding!
I ordered the Large U Shaped Sofa Bed with Storage “OXFORD” as a gift for my mum and I am so pleased to have found this company, it is amazing. The quality is unreal, it is super sturdy, very comfortable, lots of storage space. Honestly it is the best sofa bed I have ever known.
The delivery was excellent, the owner of this company delivered himself and also assembled the sofa for us.
The owner is so kind and helpful and I am very grateful for his support and service. Thank you for everything.
Highly highly recommend this company and I will 100% be purchasing again from here.
