absolute scam and they use chatgpt for customer service would never buy again
edits after receiving your reply:
1. you do , the initial emails were AI generated happy to attach screenshots if you’d like ?
2. when you say blair is “already” looking after my order let me correct you… you sent me a faulty item and then i requested a refund. i was denied a refund twice and encouraged to keep the item and receive a partial refund of half (how desperate for $$ are you?), finally after genuinely four back and forth emails and over a week i got sent a return label with strict deadlines within which to send my item back. i had to print it myself (!!!) and sent it back on monday, it arrived two days later and the team have not picked it up from the post office (on auspost’s end the return is ‘awaiting collection’ and has been for over 24 hours). i am still yet to receive any communication about my return even though just to reiterate - i was sent a damaged item!!!!!!!
at this point just take the L and apologise xo
