Buyer beware. I ordered three items in October and only received one, which was very poor quality. I have repeatedly requested a refund for the two items that were never delivered, but customer service refuses and keeps telling me to choose another item instead.
I do not want another item, I want a refund. My order number is CN3450. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company.

I ordered three items several weeks ago, but only 1 item arrived, and I’m not happy at all with the quality and have spent the past 10 days trying to get their support team to respond to me with their address and return slip, and refund me for the items I’m returning and for those I have not received. CHICNERY continuously ignore my emails. So disappointed. This company is a total scam, do not buy from them. If I don’t hear within the next few days, I will be drawing on my consumer rights and taking legal action.

They sent me the dress I ordered - all good and well. Except the dress was far too large. So I contacted Chicnery customer service numerous times and they just don’t respond. All I want to do is return the dress for a smaller size, but this is impossible as they are so ignorant. I will never buy from here again!!!

So they contacted me after I posted this negative review and told me to contact them on their custom support page (which I already did on the day it was delivered) telling me they are happy to refund or exchange the item. So I did and they replied with “sorry we can’t exchange the dress because it has now passed 14 days since delivery” I contacted them on the day it arrived and numerous times afterwards and I got zero response. I’m absolutely disgusted.

I went into my first Chicnery.com purchase with a lot of hesitation, but I’m thrilled to say the experience was fantastic. My dresses and outfits arrived looking exactly like the photos—beautiful, well‑made, and surprisingly high quality. The fit was great, the materials felt premium, and everything looked even better in person. I’m genuinely impressed and will definitely shop here again!!!

Ordered 2 sets of clothes from Chicnery and waited so long for delivery, which did not take place. I then wrote to them asking about the delivery, only to be told that the items I've ordered were out of stock. After asking why they did not inform me, they responded by asking me to select other items. I went into the site but did not see something else that I liked and so asked for refund. They refused to provide any refund and instead asked me to select other items for replacement. After selecting 2 other items for replacement, I was told one of them I selected was out of stock. I then selected another item and then asked them to advise when they would now deliver the replacement items. This time, they came back saying the 2 items were also out of stock.

Please do not buy from Chicnery. They are a scam and unethical in their practices. I've paid almost USD200 for 2 sets of clothing and until today, after 6 weeks, they continue to employ the tactic of saying the items are out of stock, and each time I select an item, it's out of stock again. So you'll never receive what you paid for. DO NOT fall prey to them.

I ordered 2 dresses from Chicnery, both in size S , they both arrived on time as scheduled and they were both as pictured, and appeared to be of good quality, however one of the dresses (Color Blocked Ruffled Fitted Knit) was too big , it was labeled size S but it's possible it was a size M , or, maybe in that particular style I need a XS , so I contacted Chicnery to set up a return and representative Tina responded the very next day , Tina offered to send me another Color Blocked Ruffled Fitted Knit Dress in XS free of charge, and not to worry about returning the dress , I accepted her offer and the new dress had been shipped out the next day, I am looking forward to receiving the new one and once it arrives I will update this review or leave a new review on how the XS fits. As far as the other dress that did fit (Beige & Black Knit Lace up with Gold Buttons) the dress looks and feels very nice , fits perfectly, comfortable to wear , I commend Chicnery's customer service rep Tina for her attention and professional response in going "the extra mile" to send me another dress in XS and I would recommend Chicnery for their products, and also because if how I was treated by Tina as a customer.

This is the second time I try to buy here…. First one, the things never arrived and after two months they sent my money back! This second time I ve waited more than a month and I just received an e mail saying that my items are out of stock! I already asked for a refund and still no notice !! Never buy from here !!!

Kindly issue the full refund. After making an order late January, no movement on delivery. I sent an email only to receive a response that the order is out of stock yet you NEVER informed us.

Advising us to select another option. That was an outfit for my birthday. My hubby took his time to look up a birthday gift for me on your website, paid only to receive such an email.

We requested for FULL REFUND . Kindly effect this request immediately. Please look up Pauline Perez on your inbox for your kind reference on the cancellation request.

Excellent quality and excellent customer service! Immediately got back to me and exceeded my expectations!!

Terrible. I have sent several emails regarding my order and have received no resolution.

Extremely long delivery times, one item still not shipped after several weeks. Asked for a refund for the item, ignored that request but did offer to swop for another item, asked for a refund again as didn’t want another item and now not responding to any emails

Items look NOTHING like the pictures. The pictures they put on their website are AI generated, the proportions and sizing are out of whack. threads arrived not sewn properly, cheap fabric... but what made the worst thing about this experience was that what arrived was literally a different outfit. Zips and buttons were missing, the whole thing was just a mess. They refused to provide a refund. The cost of shipping the crappy items back to them were going to cost me more than the items themselves. customer service is a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered 3 items and they all looked exactly as pictured, and sizing was true to the size chart for two of the three items. I contacted customer service regarding g the one item being too big for me and they quickly reached back out and are sending me a smaller size promptly. Items are very well made and just gorgeous! I will definitely be buying more outfits from Chicnery in the future!

Absolute scam – avoid at all costs!
Ordered several outfits thinking they'd arrive in time for the holidays. Now Christmas passed, and nothing has shown up except excuses. Was told it would ship out on Dec 15 and nothing.

Shipping info terrible.

Product does not look like the pictures. Fundamental design differences.

They found my order and refused to take it back unless I paid for return shipping AND only if in their determination….the condition of the items ‘do not affect resale’

This is pathetic. They just don’t care about customer satisfaction and really don’t care about bad reviews.

Where is experience buying clothing online lol I've been waiting almost 3 months and still have not received seven of my 10 items. They have on three different occasions. Told me that things are out of stock. I don't know who's running this business but someone does not know what they're doing. I have asked for a refund and they have refused so I am sitting here waiting for almost $1500 worth of clothing.

I purchased 2 separate orders. On Oct 17th, I ordered 2 dresses. It’s December 7th and have yet to receive them. I emailed customer service and they told me to be patient!! On October 18th, I ordered one outfit and received it weeks ago. How long should I be patient????

Je fais une te la afin de connaître les modalités de retour et de remboursement ;on me demande des photos ;je fais des photos qui sont non contestables avec ,en plus ,celle du site …surprise on me répond qu ils sont désolée que la taille ne me convienne pas et qu ils vont échanger l ensemble une fois que j aurais pris mes mensurations

The item took ages to be delivered, and arrived after the event i ordered it for. it is a bad fit and now no-one will respond to my e mails for a refund. Wouldnt touch this crew with a barge pole

Ordered the Brown dress at the end of September. It is now the middle of November.! Every time I ask, they keep telling me it’s gonna take another 20 days because it’s backordered so now it’s been almost 2 months. Am I supposed to wait three months for a dress that probably doesn’t even exist?
I’ve asked for a refund. And they keep trying to get me to exchange it for something else. I don’t want anything else. I want the dress that I ordered . so I will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund. Do not buy from them. They put a lot of fake reviews on here just so you know.
