***IT'S A SCAM***
I ordered a pantsuit, and it was too small. The online Chat customer service person is instructing me to return the package to an address in China, despite the package being sent to me from Illinois. The person kept offering me a partial refund, and I would get to keep the item. First it was 20%, then it was 30%, and now it has gone up to 50%.

THIS IS A BIG TIME SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

I just ordered a dress but reading all these reviews I think i can safely say i lost my money.

Ordered a black and white dress and it never shipped. Sent an email to Chicnery and no reply back. This company is a scam and needs to be reported!!!!!!!

SCAM. They insisted to send me a bad quality dress (even without any tag) after I kept requesting more than 10 times to cancel the order and have full refund for months. The CS replied the email once or twice with excuses and offered bullshit discounts for next order. At the end the CS just replied: the records shown that the package is delivered and received. I ask them to take it back by their own cost and full refund. ZERO reply is received. They even choose to reply the reviews here but not the emails that I have sent to them. Don’t tell me about no information about my order number. I have put the order in every email and the heading and capture of my order.

"I placed an order for Cream White Shirt Collar A-Line Dress × 1 on 12/14/2025 (CN5877). Despite being promised delivery in two weeks, the item has still not arrived as of 04/08/2026.
I have attempted to contact customer support via email multiple times to request an update, but I have received no response. This lack of communication and failure to deliver is extremely disappointing. I requested a full refund and still have no Answer after five months
I would advise other customers to be cautious before ordering from this site.

The lies continues even after I posted my review. I was asked to contact them again, and I did, but still get no response.

My order arrived, quality of the fabric was not pleasing. The pants and top were too large. I've emailed Chicnery.com requesting return/refund information and continue to get an apology, and they request an explanation as to why I don't like the fabric, or the fit. This company does not seem legit, not being able to accept return/refund.

This company is a scam! Do not buy!

If I could give zero stars I would. No update on order after over a month. I have emailed with no response. Very frustrating.

My orders finally arrived. After 3 months, one item was cancelled so they sent 2 of the same item.
When tracked shipments they both show delivered, neither one of them were. Very disappointed in this company

Order never shipped and can’t get in touch with anyone, I believe it’s a scam, have to get in touch with my credit card company to refund the order

Edit: took around 2 weeks of emailing them back and forth with them giving me generic canned responses about a 20-50% discount instead of refunding my purchase - contacting my bank and initiating a dispute finally got me a refund

I might change this if I ever receive my order. So far, no shipping notice or anything. Nothing except the order confirmation when I placed the order.

I ordered for a wedding next weekend. If it doesn’t show up or doesn’t fit, I won’t have time to look for something else.

I don’t even want to think about trying to get a refund.

If I don’t get a response and it doesn’t arrive within the next couple of days, I’ll have to go through Mastercard to get a refund since their customer service seems to be nonexistent.

Warning do not purchase. Made an order on Feb 23rd. Sent a message March 15th in regards to order status. Was told it was being sent March 25th. Today is March 25th and went to check order status, and it had a status of "delivered on March 13th". What??? How could that be when the order still wasnt process on that day, and I had reached out March 15th? Beware. I think i was scammed!

After my first review, they replied to state options :1) full refund or 2) wait for their product to ship out on 25 Mar today.

I replied to them that I requested to get full refund however NO further responses from them to process my request at all.

Even worst they want to drag the timing and force me to await their shipment today, but there is still NO notification of shipment sending to me.

I am here to leave the review again to state how seriously worst about their services and so unreliable. Chicnery must arrange to process the full refund to me per my request ASAP !

I purchased an item through this website on March 5th and have not received any shipping notification, tracking information, and no information available on shop. I have reached out to the company via email 2x and multiple times on the customer service chat with no response. I would like to cancel this order however cannot reach customer service to do so.

I order my item on 9th March (#CN10494) and have yet to receive it or even an email to say that it has been shipped. I have sent several emails and used the chat function but have received no response.

Having read these other reviews it seems that the company may be a scam! Do not purchase from them!

I placed an order (#CN9891) on March 2, and as of March 23 I still haven’t received it. There has been no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no updates through Shop.

I chose to purchase from this company despite seeing negative reviews because I wanted to give them a chance. Unfortunately, my experience has been just as disappointing.

The lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, I don’t know if my order was ever shipped or if I will receive it at all.

I wanted to support this business, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend others to think twice before ordering.

I have not received my items yet ordered them over a month ago. However, I was charged prior to shipping. When I respectfully requested my items be credited as they would not arrive in time for my event and had not yet shipped, this was the response I received.

This place does not even deserve a one star.
I ordered an item 30 days ago and have yet to receive it
I requested a refund since my event for the outfit has come and gone.
They keep sending me back an email saying to order something else.
I have sent over 10 emails.
I highly recommend not ordering from them.

Update: I finally received my credit after 15 emails.
They tried numerous times to change my mind on the order but after so many emails and posting to this site I have received my refund.

Ordered in January around 2 months ago (order number CN7376) - nothing ever arrived - getting only unprofessional emails asking for patience - violated all their promises from shipping section - now flights to Dubai are closed they are telling me to wait again. I don’t want to wait just refund me in full this is so unprofessional.

The service is absolutely awful. They do not care about their customers at all. I bought two dresses in January and only received one. After several emails, they are stating the second one will ship next week which they stated back in February as well.
Also the dresses are not true to size and come out way too long and baggy.
