It was first to make an order now am waiting for delivery so I look at the product

The product description and selection for my needs was a very easy process.

I placed my order 12/12/2025 and STILL haven’t received my order. I have emailed them twice. I have sent a complaint to my bank as well. It’s the holidays and I ordered myself 1 think and NEVER got it 😡😢

This company has so many products to choose from. I finally found a company that has height preferences and reviews on their products are positive.

I wish the price would be in Canadian $$ when we put a Canadian address for shipping, so we know exactly how much we pay

It was super easy to make the purchase, the only thing I didn’t really see was a chart that can provide you with what size should you buy according to shape or weight. It might be there but I did not see it, so I just got an xl; which is my regular size.

Will never, I mean never order from this so called company again. Sizes were incorrect, took well over a month to receive them, wouldn't refund money, told to choose different items only to find out those weren't available, still haven't received a tracking on the new items chosen and it's been 3 weeks.

These people are scammers! They never sent my product then they lied and said it was sent to the wrong address and that I gave the wrong address which is a lie I had to screenshot and show them my original transaction with my address they never even tried to send me another product to make up for the first product they never sent so they just scammed me out of $70 I'm going to make sure that I make this website a social media example of scamming people

I will never shop chic curve again nor will i recommend them. I never received the final portion of my order and when i initially requested a shipping update after about 40 days and requested a cancellation, the business refused to do so, they cancelled one piece that was "out of stock" but the rest is in the wind somewhere. Terrible customer service and a terrible shopping experience overall.

I will NEVER purchase anything from this site again!! The Jeans are not as stretchy as they claim. I have been trying to return them and they refuse to tell me how I can return them!!! I spent $111 dollars and they are offering me a 10% discount so I’d be getting $11 dollars and keeping the jeans that don’t fit!!! Because according to them it costs more to return them and it will take over a month for them to get the jeans, but it didn’t take a month for me to get them! This is a horrible company!!! Till this date I am fighting to get my refund!!!

I ordered a Size M, but the item I received was much larger than advertised. The waist measured 17 inches flat (34 total), closer to a Large. The inseam was shorter than the average (25 inches), when the typical inseam for a M is 28-30in. When I contacted customer service, they refused to cover return shipping, even though their own policy says customers aren’t responsible if the goods are “not correct” or there is a quality issue. Instead, they offered a 10% refund or 25% off my next order and said I’d need to ship it back to China at my own expense, which could take 1 to 2 months. Apparently “quality” only means damage not sizing. That’s unacceptable and misleading. The sizing is inconsistent, and they don’t honor their stated return policy. They have either sent me the wrong size or their quality is subpar. I’ve contacted my financial institution to dispute the charge but denied the refund. I have now contacted the BBB and will continue to leave reviews. I wish I could upload pictures here. Consumers deserve honesty and accountability. Shop carefully.

I love this compant cuz they always send me the things i need it for the rigth moment and i wish everything show up on time but the rest is good quality and services
