I'm not buying anything from them i never got my tights and when i sent an email, they responded with a should do my own investigation with the postal office, because they sent it out.. I never received my Package this was in Nov 2025 these look
great but im not throwing away money- As a courtesy they should've sent me another pair of tights. Even if i were lying which I'm NOT what's $30 to losing a customer- Bad Business

ChicCurve has great products. You can't find these in a regular department store. In fact, a sales lady in the shapewear department of Macy's recommended this company and site. She said these products were better than what they had at Macy's. And, she was right. CbicCurves website is easy to navigate. They have the best shapewear I have ever seen or bought. The items I bought fit perfectly and really flattened my stomach. Really happy with their products. They have a great selection and several different options also. It takes a while to arrive in the mail though, so plan ahead. Two weeks to a month is what I have experienced. But worth the wait.

Ordered 2 fajas on November 27 I have been waiting for 3 months and nothing. The package was returned from USPS because postal was invalid or fake. I have been asking for refound and nothing. They just keep sending emails saying that the don’t have the fajas available so I need to
Pick a light blue or brown color because is the only thing that they have. If I pay my money I want to get what I need. Why is so difficult to return the money if they can’t provide the product selected. Scammers

It really is a shame when a company offers replacements or refund, yet they can't find your order, but they were ready to take your money. I emailed about a dozen times to no SATISFACTION. I even sent photos. Don't do it, DON'T PLACE AN ORDER. Terrible customer service. Their advertising show such awesome clothes. But you are throwing your money away! I lost $150.50 dollars! The worst, inconsiderate, sad experience, and no satisfaction sorry to say. I've would've spent much more money, but not now! I warned you...if you do you might as well send me your money. You are going to lose it anyway.

It was pretty user friendly! However, it was a little difficult applying the coupon. Eventually I got it! I can’t wait to receive my product. I bought it as a gift for my daughter. I’m so glad you carry plus sized clothing!

I made my order on December 26th 2025, today date is January 21th and still don't receive anything, sending emails several times and nobody can give me information about my order, I check the status and my order was in my Town on January 18, and for no reason back to Arizona, I think I lose that money and was scam. Be careful if you need order something for this site. I do not recommended.

The website is amazing. The products look amazing. When I got my item, I was so happy with the quality of the product. However, I was disappointed with the sizing chart. I am 173 pounds and my bra size is a 38 triple D. The chart said to get a large and the chart was incorrect. I received my package in a reasonable amount of time so I couldn't understand why I was told to ship it back would cost too much. I re-ordered the items two sizes bigger and I hope that they will fit. They gave me a discount to buy it again instead of exchanging it. The item is not cheap so to tell me to give it away to someone is not a good choice for customers, especially if they only had enough money to buy one item
once.

I placed an order on December 15, 2025, and my card was charged the following day. As of today, I still have not received my product, nor has it been shipped. The company’s website states an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days, yet it has now been nearly a month with no fulfillment.

I have been emailing back and forth with the company, and instead of resolving the issue, they have offered 20% off a future order, then $5 off if I continue to wait—neither of which addresses the problem. I no longer need the items due to the excessive delay.

What is most concerning is that when I requested a refund for an order that has not even been shipped, I was told a 10% handling fee would be deducted. Charging a handling fee for an unfulfilled order is unfair and unacceptable.

Customers should be cautious when purchasing from this company. Charging customers without shipping products, delaying fulfillment far beyond the stated timeframe, and penalizing customers for requesting refunds is not right. I will be documenting and sharing my email correspondence if needed. I will also report to the BBB.

Compré dos fajas y me llegaron con la talla equivocada según ellos. Las fajas son tan chicas que no le queda ni a mi nieta de 10 años de edad. Eso es una estafa y cuando reclame me dijeron que no habían cambios. Son unos tramposos y las fajas de mala calidad. Son chinas por eso demoraron tanto tiempo en llegar

They said the size large would fit 38 bust what they didn't say was it won't fit a 38DDD bust. IF you buy the wrong size, they make you pay the exorbitant shipping fee back to China! More than you spent in the first place. They will NOT refund you only exchange for a different size, after you bought the item once, PAID to ship it back to them so they can resell it, then you wait 3 months to have it sent back to you at twice the price.

I hate delivery time

The products were as explained and very good quality. The extra additions like fabric to cover the lower zipper is a must have for safety. The wide band on the top makes it very comfterable to wear with no dig in and the sizing was perfect and it fits great. The only issue would be that shipping was very slow and took to long
