Variety of cars and Rob was amazing
Amazing show room of cars varying of prices to fit everyone’s budget, my parents came to view some cars on the Sunday and I joined my dad on the Monday. Rob was amazing and was so patient whilst I was taking my time to decide which car I liked and was even more amazing during the purchasing process. Such a friendly and helpful environment would 10000% recommend.

No pressure sales
Relaxed and friendly atmosphere without any pressure sales. Happy to let you look around but staff are there in the background if you need anything. Once we'd made our decision the transaction was complete within a few days with a
new MOT and thorough service was included in the price. Friendly staff,
keen to advise and help. Website is clear, accurate and user-friendly with
plenty of information available.

Chepstow trade centre
So my husband reserved me a car and we drove over to Chepstow trade centre and was greeted by the most friendly bunch of lads.
There was no pressure in the sale from any of the team.
I was given time to look around the car take it for a drive.
I loved the new car and we did buy it.
I can honestly say I have never felt so comfortable in someone’s company and the boys from Chepstow trade centre.

Fantastic service from Rob
Fantastic service from Rob. I called on thursday as i had reserved a car in the early hours and as my car had broken down, i was needing a quick transaction. Rob put the car through MOT and service the next day and sorted any issues that arose. I collected the car today (i could have collected friday but i needed to take my old car to the scrapyard). Rob was approachable and friendly, i was given space to check over the car prior to completion and Rob was very helpful. My son (4) loves his new car and we cant thank Rob enough for such an easy and stress free transaction

Frankly outstanding personal service start to finish .
Whole process made easy.
Supplied with new MOT ,which required extensive parts and labour , including two tyres.
Car was presented in pristine condition ,even though it was 13 years old !
Very fair deal on part - exchange .
Day after sale can't recommend highly enough .

Bought a car from Chepstow Trade Centre recently, everyone there was very professional and friendly and the car is great. The test drive was well organised, handover was really nicely handled and comprehensive, and they were very communicative and fantastic at answering questions. I highly recommend them!

Great car
Great car, I cycled all the way from Bristol to Wales in the rain to buy the car from Chepstow Trade Centre. I love it, it did have a problem with the brake disc on the right side, but to be fair to Chepstow you would not notice that much until you had driven it for a while & they did fix it under warranty & it's fine now. 😉 The suspension is a bit noisy but I think that's because it is old (2010).Overall I am very pleased with the car. Thank you.

Great car dealership
Great car dealership. Went to go and view the car I wanted after speaking with Tony on the phone. Arrived and was handed the keys to go and have a look without any pressure. Took for a test drive on my own and was really happy with the car. I’d already arranged my own finance so left and came back the next day to collect my vehicle. Very happy thank you

Great service
We bought a car from Chepstow Trade centre recently and Rob was very patient and explained everything we needed to do to purchase the car, once we had decided to go ahead. All cars previous service history was made available for us to view as well as a test drive. No pressure sales
