From first enquiry to final purchase and after care we were really looked after and guided to a great car for my wife - thanks to Tim for the initial and Mark for sealing the deal. We got a great car for a decent price.

Even though l didn't end up buying the car l was interested in at CTC (a different spec model became available at another dealer and was available for collection immediately) I would recommend this dealership. Tim is a man of his word and refunded me my deposit despite me pulling out of the purchase. Dealing with Tim and his partner Mark was quite refreshing in this day and age as they were not pushy like some car sales people are. Tim was honest about what needed to be done to the vehicle (a minor fix but needed to be done by a main dealer specialist) and explained it wouldn't be ready for immediate test drive or collection. If my work commute situation was different l would have waited and taken the vehicle as it was very reasonably priced and a lovely car.

Anyway, these guys do business properly and operate with honesty and integrity and I would have no hesitation buying from them in the future.

The chaps at Chepstow Trade Centre were extremely friendly and helpful with choosing my daughter's first car.
There was no pressure to make a decision, but my daughter did like one car, which they advised us to test it first, which we did and she was happy with it.
We decided to have it and agreed on the cost and we were given a 12 month warranty and an extra key as part of the deal.
When we picked up the car it was serviced (with new brakes and tyres as they were quite worn), Fresh MoT, Valeted and even a bunch of flowers on the passenger seat.
So after 3 days of ownership she is very happy with her car.

Mark was incredibly helpful, accommodating and friendly from responding to my initial enquiry, all the way to finalising the deal in person. He cheerfully, patiently and openly answered all the questions that my highly-discerning taxi driver dad threw at him.

The whole process from reserving a car and arranging finance/warranty to signing the paperwork and driving off was quick, smooth and painless. Two months in, I absolutely adore the car I acquired through Chepstow Trade Centre and can see me sticking with it for several years to come.

As such, I honestly can't recommend this little gem of a dealership in Caerleon enough. If you want a straightforward, relaxed car-buying experience without the hard sell, Chepstow Trade Centre is all you need.

Excellent experience at Chepstow trade centre; although we didn’t end up purchasing as they didn’t have quite what we wanted in stock, the service was great. Very responsive to my enquiry - back to me within minutes and kept me updated throughout out the week with the progress of the cars prep which was appreciated. let me have a decent length of time test driving the car we were considering. Very knowledgeable on answering my questions about the car / other options that might be avoidable within my requirements.

Having been searching for some time for a VW Polo for my daughter as her 2nd car, now that she has just started full time employment, I eventually found one at Chepstow Trade Centre.

I asked a load of questions online and was surprised to get answers back after hours on Friday night from Tim who was super genuine and honest about the car.

So much so that we drove an hour to get to the garage and after a test drive with zero pushy sales pitch, we decided to make the purchase.

Bought my Mini Cooper this week from Chepstow trade centre and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, the service from Mark and Tim was spot on. Both were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what they were talking about. They were informative & really helpful throughout the process, and made everything feel easy and stress-free.

I got an amazing, reasonable deal within my budget and the car was fully serviced and MOT’d with a 2 year gold warranty which gave me total peace of mind. I part exchanged my previous car with ease and the paperwork was sorted efficiently with Mark. The Mini was topped up with petrol before leaving which was the cherry on top! The Mini itself is absolutely lush — drives beautifully and I genuinely love it.
