0 star:all comentaries is true!They are scam offering lowest price in the world,promising that up to 48 hours your flight confirmation will be sent, and later they said: unfortunately we can’t confirm your reservation, give us a call to complete next step to sorting out ..simply ridiculous !Keep alway from this site until the bankruptcy!!!I bought and didn’t anwer they.The emailed that will not be possible to confirm my purchase and that I would be (soft) charged!!!MDFS!!!

Last night, I tried to book an emergency flight through this website because they appeared to be the cheapest. After completing the booking, I received an email saying I needed to “confirm my reservation,” which immediately felt unusual.

Shortly after, a customer service representative called me and claimed that there were no seats left at the price I had booked, and that I would need to pay an additional £500 to secure a seat. I was extremely confused, as flights are usually confirmed instantly online with an e-ticket.

They then explained that it doesn’t work like that, and that even after paying, I would only be placed on a waiting list to see if a seat became available. At that point, I requested a refund.

Please do not book with this website. This is clearly a scam, and they are taking advantage of people in urgent situations. I dread to think what would have happened with my return flight if I had gone ahead. I really hope organisations like BBC Watchdog look into this, as something needs to be done.

Do not use this company. They quote you a good price, take your money and then contact you 2 days later to say “ this was unconfirmed price and not available but they have searched and found an alternative, which is double the original. You then have to wait to get a refund. Avoid at all costs, not worth 1 star.

llevo tres dias intentando ponerme en contacto con esta compañia para cambiar un vuelo y ponen un chat en el que tienes que esperar para hablar con un agente mas de una hora y cuando llega el agente (supuestamente) justo te cierra la conversación. Es un fraude te hacen perder el tiempo, mejor sería que digan de verdad que no se puede cambiar el vuelo y ya esta! porque de esta manera pierdo el vuelo, el tiempo y la paciencia. He escrito tambien al email y tampoco contesta nadie. NO VOLVERE A COMPRAR CON ELLOS MÁS Y TENGAN CUIDADO USTEDES SI COMPRAN PORQUE ELLOS NO SE HACEN RESPONSABLES LUEGO SI TIENES ALGUN PROBLEMA ,

I don't even wants to give 1 star,you have to b,coz you want to write and beware to other, OMG never never again with this company.what a nightmare,they tried me to charge even for seat number after all I payed for flights,trust me guys avoid them.

I would never use this company again. 3 phone numbers which don't exist, e mails not replied to.
I phoned Quatar Airlines to confirm we were actually booked and luckily we are. But as other reviewers have said, they tried to charge us more than the initial price quoted. Was very unsure about them from that time.

Never book through cheapflights
They keep lot of ambiguity
You are Never sure if ticket is confirmed
They took money
Sent email about conrmation and Never sent ticket
They gave lot of other reasons ,why they cannot confirm after calling call centre
But non of the reasos were communicationed in email
Which gives me feeling that why show low price on website
They don't show baggae details
They do not confirme thicke
And try to earn more on booking
Is it not cheating?

I recently booked a flight through the cheapflyshop website after being redirected from CheapFlights.co.uk, and the entire experience has been extremely frustrating and misleading.

During the booking process, the website only provided fields for first name and last name. There was no separate field for a middle name, only a tiny note under the first name field saying to include the middle name if applicable. Because of this unclear and misleading design, I did not enter my middle name. Before issuing the e-ticket, I received an email instructing me to call them to “confirm my details.” When I called, they claimed that because I did not include my middle name, they needed to upgrade the ticket—which I found completely unreasonable, especially since the website did not clearly require it.

Additionally, the fare I booked clearly stated that baggage was included. However, when I called them, they informed me that the booking only included carry-on baggage, not checked baggage as advertised. This added further confusion and frustration.

After lengthy discussions, they offered to change my flight. I originally booked with Qatar Airways for £613, but they then offered me a ticket with Air India for an additional £179. Despite the extra cost, I agreed and paid the additional amount. Only after paying did they inform me that the airline had refused the ticket. They then cancelled the reservation entirely and told me I would be refunded.

This whole experience has been stressful, misleading, and a complete waste of time. From unclear name fields, inaccurate baggage information, unexpected charges, and finally a cancelled booking after payment—nothing about this process felt professional or trustworthy. I strongly caution others to be careful when booking through this website.

Please please read the reviews for this website and do not use under any circumstances. The website stated four flights to New York from Manchester return were a total of £6240 business class. I booked the flights however when I looked at the invoice it stated this was an initial payment and the balance is £11400 payable by May 2026. I called to an agent who goes by the name Steve Davis who confirmed the flights were paid in total and the balance is zero. He told me to ignore the invoice as that was the cost of the flights before the discount. I have tried to get him to put this in writing however today he has confirmed we owe a further £11400 which is money we don’t have. This company should be banned they are complete con artists and will be reporting this to ABTA and trading standards as they need investigating. There is no way we are paying this additional amount of money.

This website is a scam. They do not honor the flights you have booked. I booked my flights to KL from Perth and was told after 24 hours through and email that they can't confirm it for the price I paid already and I would be getting a refund. They want another $600 to confirm it. I have never had this experience when I have booked with so many other airlines. All I get is excuses.

They show up on flight searches; promise of cheapest flight offers. Then after you’ve paid a deposit, they come back and demand more money. No tickets, just a scam.

After paying for tickets , no confirmation and attempts to extort more money for the tickets already ordered. Also confusing mix of companies - who was I dealing with. Insisted on cancellation and got backing of Credit card company. Big Scam. Avoid.

I wish I had read the reviews about this operation- I won't call it a business. I was transferred to this site whilst on Skyscanner and booked a flight- not the cheapest- but the flight offered seemed to be the best alround. I received an email from this operation stating " tickets were pending" supposedly they would be arriving in 48 hours. Then the phone calls start- is the travelling date flexible, to add luggage is extra etc. This is all to add a lot extra to the cost. When I objected they said I could have a refund which would take 7 to 10 working days. I pointed out that I wanted the flight as booked.I emailed them asking where my tickets were- no reply, I then phoned up and was trotted out excuses- limited number of flights, special offers etc, so the flight they advertised may not be available. This operation is just a scam! AVOID!!

I can't believe I've been scammed with this company, my flight was cancelled 2 months ago still not get my refund they not even respond email, when I call them those Asian people giving fake English name not even tell you the real name, when I asked about my refund they said airline not refund, I spoke to airline they said we issued refund with in 5 working days,please don't use them at not recommended at all these Scammers

They are just a lie. They put a cheap price for flights and force you to book any and then they request you to change your fly because of different reasons and ask you for huge extra money to pay. Don’t book any flights from this website

I had been looking for flights to New Zealand for next year. Site wouldnt let me proceed. Agent rang 20 minutes later. I was told the date I wanted to travel was not available but day after was. I then paid for my flights and at end of call i was told by the agent he could look for flights on the day I had asked for if I like. I said no and was rather confused. Ended the call and then looked at reviews.
Wish I looked earlier! Do not book with this company.
Less then 24 hours later I tried to cancel and they only gave a little of my money back.

I booked a flight dates incorrectly and then paid £251.75 extra for change of flight and this was incorrect also and I asked for correction for July 2026 and the man on the phone keeps repeating that change of date is not possible at the moment and He will get senior person to talk to me as I do not understand his reasons. I feel that this company is not helping me to change the date. Please avoid this company and save youself from poor service.

Can't give no stars sadly. Scammers,took £3500 off us for 3 flights that aren't available, offered us flights for £5500!!! But won't refund us. 3x 1 hour phone calls,patronising antagonistic call centre,disgusting. I am now not only losing my money but missing out on seeing my son for the first time in years. I have been using Kayak & Cheapflights since last 15 years, had fabulous experiences in the past. But recently, I have found numbers of misleading, dodgy business practices which are not pleasant one. The reputable search sites like Kayak & Cheapflights should not be allowed those companies do malpractice, dishonest & try to scam the customers.
1. Online price must be same as final settle payments unless there are add-ons.
2. The agent should not call back & demand for more money for any reasons.
3. Should not be a hidden fees & charges.
4. Only allow them to offer what they can provide.
5. Easemytrip(EMTUK6070265), World Tour Stour(WTBK24968),Globehunter, Jetcost, Flightnetwork are the examples who are doing dodgy sales on your search site.
