Chambery to Meribel family transfer
Good communications, good price, great, friendly driver - Andrejs, from Latvia, who enabled us to stock up at a down the valley supermarket to keep our self catering costs down.
Really enjoyed chatting to him on way out and back.
Frankly, I'm not sure the French are willing to compete

Service was excellent driver was on time and very helpful. On our return the driver was actually early which was great as we had a few extra bags he helped us to get in the car.

The service was outstanding. However. The vehicle the driver turned up in was an absalute dust bin. The car was very old and had been hand painted. Due to the time ( 9.45pm ) we decided not to say anything. During the 50 min journey on a motorway traveling at speed in access of 70k ph there was banging coming from the front suspension and steering. When we arrived at the hotel i expressed my concern about the mechanical issues on hes car and he told me he was aware of the problems but he could not afford to have them repaired. Which led me to be concerned about hes insurance. I doubted that he had cover for taxi or any insurance at all. It wasn't any wonder the price was competitive. Never again

We used this taxi firm for the first time to take us to Lake Garda and everything went smoothly. Quick confirmation after I booked and our driver was punctual and friendly. Would recommend - prices are also cheaper than most other taxi firms.

We used Verona airport transfers and we had a really good experience. After booking, we emailed to request a toddler seat, the communication was polite and prompt.
There were different options of types of vehicles that could be booked and reasonably priced. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and the vehicle was also very clean, new and comfortable.

Upon our return, we received great email communication again to confirm our pickup time. The driver arrived on time and was polite.

I was apprehensive to pay in full for the return journey upon arrival at our hotel, but there were no issues at all. They accepted card payments too which was convenient. Can highly recommend Verona Airport Transfers.

Picked up from Alicante airport 11/10/25 driver was waiting at the place we were told to wait .

First time that I have used this company and my partner and I were very pleased with the service that we received.
We arranged a taxi pick up from Palma airport to our hotel in Palmanover, then the return journey 7 days later, and everything went well. The fare was obviously a major factor in our decision to to go with this company, but we did discover slightly cheaper fares from Palmanova to Palma airport when we walked around Palmanover.
We will be using Cheap-taxis.com again in December when we visit Futerventura so hopefully the experience will be just as fulfilling.

This is by far the best transfer company I have ever used. Communications were prompt, informative and easy. The drivers were really professional but still approachable. The vehicles were absolutely 💯. Highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again. Thank you for a perfect service.

Hesitated to leave this review but felt I needed to share.
Booked with cheap taxis for a transfer to Alicante a few months back. 4 adults 3 kids.
Our flight was delayed getting in which meant our driver wasn’t at the airport for us landing but got to us in decent time (even though I was questioned for not letting the company know when they already had our flight number - how do you with no signal on a flight?)
The first number when we arrived at the airport had no reply so I rang and finally got through. The transfer out went well apart from the poor quality of child car seats.

The return was sadly different. I was supposed to confirm 48hrs before but mistook it for 24 hrs - my fault on that one!
When I messaged I stated a change in pick up time and had a positive response that “it’s scheduled - good morning!”.

Day of pick up the driver came 30 minutes before the original pick up time (1.5hrs before changed time), subsequently I had a scalding lesson from the bookings number on how to properly ask for a different time and after being accused of “not asking nothing” and repeatedly told what the “right question” to use is the number agreed to let us have the taxi at the original booked time.

With 3 children under 3 years old packing up and leaving a house 45 minutes before expecting to wasn’t an awfully enjoyable experience.

The age of the taxi vehicle, the seeming nervousness of the driver and the awfully poor quality of the child seats meant the return journey was very hot, long and very concerning in relation to the safety of the children especially.

When confirming a taxi and wanting to change the time make sure that you do it specifically how this company decide they want to be asked or be prepared to receive considerable attitude and lack of professionalism. Plus a sweaty, worrying and unsafe journey to the airport.

We used them for a taxi transfer to and from Malaga Airport. It was easy to
book, good communication throughout and the drivers turned up on time. Would definitely use again.

This taxi company are very efficient. Very quick reply with quote and any other questions you have. We had to change the time of our pick up go to the airport. We emailed and they replied very quick confirming that they were able to fulfil our request. Clean cars and nice driver.

Just back after a week at Sa Coma, and we are so glad we used Cheap Taxi from the airport were our directions given to meet our driver was spot on vehicle was spotless and the drivers were friendly and very helpful would recommend this company 100%, thank you

Our service was excellent. The instructions on arrival were easy to follow, and despite us being delayed the driver was waiting for us with a smile.
Both drivers were really good, on time, polite and helpful and the car was clean and well maintained.

Really reliable and comfortable drive. Extremely cheap considering the distance travelled from airport to hotel. Our driver (Alex) was extremely friendly and easy to find when we arrived at airport. Our arrival flight was delayed and taxi service stayed up to date with flight to know when to collect us from airport. Would use again.

I have used Cheap Taxis previously and will use again. Drivers keep you fully informed and very friendly and helpful. Taxis very good condition and lovely air con. Have recommended to friends and they have all been impressed.

I want to share my experience of ordering a taxi in Benidorm. The taxi cost 100 euros there and back, and I paid 10 euros separately for the order.

Upon arrival at the airport, the taxi was waiting for us as agreed. When we arrived at the hotel, we paid the driver 50 euros, but he demanded 100 euros, we said that we did not agree to pay

for the return trip now, but we will pay on the day of departure.

A couple of days before departure, I called the company to clarify whether the taxi would definitely arrive as agreed, they wrote that yes.

On the day of departure, the taxi did not arrive, we quickly ordered a regular city taxi and got to the airport for 80 euros.

I would like to warn you and be vigilant. I do not recommend this carrier.

Taxi turned up 30 mins late. We booked a taxi in advance through email and paid our £10 reservation fee. 15 mins after our booking, there was still no sign of a taxi so we rang Cheap Taxis who told us they did not have our booking. The operator said they would try to send a taxi but needed to contact taxis in our local area so didn’t know how long this would be, and would call us back. With time ticking before our flight home it was quite stressful to not know if a taxi would be coming or not. The operator thankfully managed to find a taxi nearby to send to us so the taxi came roughly 15 mins later. However, this seems like a one off bad experience as the other reviews seem to be very positive
