Great app for website chat and customer service

The plug in and chat was easy to install and very simple to use. The new app for live chats is AMAZING! I don’t have to worry about missed leads or customers not being answered. I 12/10 recommend it!!!

This app is not bad, it can receive information quickly and reply in real time! Even if you don't notice the customer information, it will send you an email to remind you, reliable office software!

Really easy to set up and use.
I'm new, very new, to building websites and sometimes feel overwhelmed at just how much more there is to setting up a website with an online store, social media, stuff for Google. Adding Chatway so people could be able to reach out to me directly through my site was really easy and perfect for what I wanted to do. Especially with the mobile app being able to get messages at any time.

Very easy to use, if there was an option to ping the customer when a reply is sent, that would be a nice update. Over all I’m satisfied

I like this Chatbot because I'm able to answer queries on my website in real time and close more business partnerships. The notifications are instant and prospects appreciate the speed at which I reply. Excellent tool for freelancers or agencies.

Trial several different helpdesk systems most are terribly complicated or expensive not intuitive at all and usually the things that you want are pro features this is not the case with Chataway it is such a good interface easy to navigate love the canned responses they are shortcuts to often used phrases you can pop up in your chats love to have a few features but they are ready to listen thank you for a great app

The setup was incredibly simple, the customization options are elegant and user-friendly, and the whole platform runs smoothly. It has truly enhanced how we communicate with our guests and added a premium touch to our website. Reliable chat app and what was surprise for me is that app offers a completely free version. They don't require any credit card etc. High recommend!
