Super straight forward installation, easy to set site location, design and size, no tech skill needed. I've used Chatra and Tawk. Chatra worked fine but 5 messages a month limit and they use those up sending you please upgrade messages, very bogus. Tawk just wasnt consistent as half the time the reply feature didn't display and not replying within 3 minutes made it impossible to respond after... Support was in no hurry to resolve. So far, Chatway a noticeably better chat app for us.

Chatway was quick and easy to install and setup. The interface is very user friendly and its easy to add new users to get access to the app as well.
Easy to access on your phone as well with notifications so you will never miss a message.
