Totally fraud they mislead people to buy their subscription and then even after 5 minutes refuse to refund… scammers!!!

Same as others, it is basically a scam. It promises multiple LLMs, but the delivery is covered with errors and hardly resembles the outcome of any of the AI tools it says it has.

My exact words to the support team:

That is totally crazy.

I owned the software for less than an hour and yet you refuse to give me a refund due to a miss purchase.

No wonder you have 1 star on trust pilot, I will be adding to those reviews to dissuade people from joining onto your service.

I am so disappointed in that, where is your compassion?

Hiding behind a policy is cowardly.

SCAM - Do not buy

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Chatly (chatlyai.app). I paid $20 for a subscription, and the platform is practically unusable.

Technical failures: I have constant issues logging in, and the API key feature I paid for does not work at all.

Terrible Support: When I reached out to explain that the service is not working as advertised, they hid behind a "no refund" policy. They are literally charging people for a broken product and refusing to take responsibility.

Deceptive practices: They ignore the fact that the service was not rendered and just send automated "policy" emails.

I have already reported this merchant to Stripe and initiated a chargeback through my bank. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable AI service instead of this one.

I searched for 'Claude AI' on Google and was misled by Chatly's ad titled 'Claude ai Is Available.' After realizing it wasn't the official service, I requested a refund within 2 hours. Despite their official policy guaranteeing a full refund within 24 hours, they refused, claiming their 'internal policy' overrides their public terms. This is a clear bait-and-switch scam. Avoid at all costs

I got to it by mistake while looking for Claude. Paid US$180 then I immediately realised I bought the wrong app. Within 15mins requested a refund - which their AI confirmed I am entitled to as I did not use the app and lodged it within 12 hours window. Then - their human evil rejected the refund. I do not recommend this app. Aweful experience.

I can confirm much of what is said below. The AI quality is poor and their refund policy is a total trap.

Expect to be ghosted by support, they only seem to respond once you’ve filed a dispute with your bank. Avoid this for real.

Be very careful with this application.

In my experience, the advertising and presentation can make it look like it is related to Claude AI. When you search for Claude online, this service appears, and if you are not familiar with the original Claude product, it is easy to think this is the same or an official version.

That is exactly what happened to me. I subscribed thinking I was signing up for Claude, and only after paying I realized this is a completely different service and not affiliated with Claude.

I cancelled immediately and I am currently in the process of requesting a refund for the annual subscription.

I strongly recommend double checking what you are subscribing to before paying.

Stupid pirates pretended to be Claude.

I fell for it and gagged them my money. Never used it once and they wouldn't give me a refund.

I'm very angry. I did get a refund from my credit card provider.

I think I was scammed.

Since I started using the app, I keep receiving errors. I was talking to a guy called Hassan and asked for a refund. He replied once saying that the refund cannot be processed even though I've expressed that it's almost impossible to use the app due to errors -- I'm not benefitting from it. I paid $90 for one year subscription and I totally regret it.

Please don't be fooled.

Scam. made to. look like anthropic, very deceiptive. buyer beware. Avoid this. In fact meta and google should NOT be hosting adverts from this obviously fraudulent company.

These theives look very similar to claude. When I was paying for claude and somehow got onto their BS site on Christmas day. When I queried the payment literally minutes after subscribing realising this was not claude and I had madea mistake they wouldnt refund my money. Gave me some half baked answer right after Christmas. These guys absolute rubbish. If you choosing a AI platfom there are 100s of better solutions.

Same as everyone else. Mistakenly signed up thinking it was Claude. I even upgraded the service because I thought I would get "memory" ability at high level (because I thought it was Claude). That was when I realized my mistake and wrote them 45 min after signing up for cancellation and refund. No such luck. Even tried disputing it with my bank but bank also said no because I filed under wrong category and my bank wouldn't even refile my dispute under appropriate category. Horrible company and horrible experience. I would have even paid for jsut a month due to my mistakenly thinking they were Claude but they wouldn't even offer that since I paid for annual subscription.

Deceptive advertising and refund problems. They will ask you to cancel the dispute with your credit card company. DO NOT DO THAT because I did that and then they refused to refund me. Luckily for me, I presented evidence to Capital One, my credit card company, and they reopened the dispute AND credited me my $90.00. EVERYONE, please report this company to STRIPE, their payment processor, for FRAUD. Also, they are registered in Turkey and the USA in the State of Wyoming. Report the company Vyro.ai to the Attorney General's Office (see below) and dispute the charges with your CC company or reopen the case. Cite the Trustpilot reviews and provide the link as well as all of your emails.

However clever AI can be, I've tried 4 AI programs, the images I enter to the images that are finalised in a picture or video movement, do NOT look anything like the images I entered, now, I have a problem trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund. Be very careful what you think you're going to get

This is an absolute scam.. accidently subscribed, messaged to cancel subscription and to get a refund and they waited weeks to respond and wouldn't refund based on their policies. I do not recommend.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. Chatly isn’t very transparent about how it works behind the scenes or how everything is set up, so it’s hard to judge what’s happening under the hood. That said, I really like the convenience of being able to query multiple LLMs in one place—and paying a single subscription instead of separate fees for each model. I think of them as a proxy towards different LLM. Fine for me :)
