i don't know what went wrong. I didn't subscribe to it but I was billed and charged. I wrote in to ask for cancellation of this fraudulent signup and a refund. I got an autoreply saying I would hear from them in 72 hours in the worst case scenario. hello, it's been SIX DAYS!

I mistakenly signed up for Chatly thinking it was Claude as it was top of search and it presents like it's Claude. They should be closed down - I see all the reviews that this has happened to many others.

If i could give less than 1 star i would.

This a scam, they fish peoples making mistake with Claude.Ai. I make the mistake and they refuse to refund. I had to cancel my credit card and replace it because they are dangerous at my opinion.

Beware! This looks like official Claude/ChatGPT but it's a third-party wrapper. The AI responses are way worse than the free official versions, full of errors, and they refuse refunds even if you ask right away. Check Trustpilot reviews before subscribing – many call it a scam. Save your money!

This company is obviously fraudulent. When one want s to subscribe to a reputable ai platform, like ChatGPT or Gemini, their company pops up first, and many subscribe not knowing what they are subscribing to. The access to the LLM services works OK for a couple of weeks, until their cancellation policy grace period expires; after that one gets "Gemini Pro" thinking forever over a trivial question, more letting you know that it "exhausted" some resources, and that you need to buy "more credits". Due to many complaints, some credit card companies have already blacklisted them. Unsubscribe if possible. Inform.

they have "dont refund accidental purchases" in their policy. Most likely because they trick a lot of people into accidentally purchasing their product because they think it's something else.

This is a scam. I've been using it over the last week and it is incredibly flawed. Do not pay a cent for this.

Googled Claude AI intending to purchase that service, and ended up on chatlyai because their ad was the first, and I was not paying enough attention. I purchased a year subscribtion, and used a few chats but quickly realized that I was not happy with the service.

Asked customer service for a refund, and told themthat it was fine if they deducted the usage I already had OR just downgraded me to a monthly plan (so i would pay for a full month). they wanted to do neither and were just very unhelpful.

I filed a credit card dispute and a few days later they refunded me, without communicating the decision - the money just appeared in my account. I have no clue if it had to do with the credit card dispute or not.

I signed up for Chatly entirely by mistake, as their Google ad appeared when I was searching for the Claude AI service. I realized the error immediately after paying the $20.00 subscription and instantly requested a full refund.

Despite having ZERO USAGE of their platform and not consuming a single token, Chatly's support repeatedly cited a company "policy" and definitively refused to process the refund. Their non-refundable policy on mistaken transactions is appalling for a digital service where non-usage can be clearly verified.

This is not about the $20.00; it's about unacceptable customer service and business practice. Based on my experience and other reviews, this appears to be a common issue. I have escalated this matter for a chargeback and to consumer protection agencies. A zero-star company and service that should be avoided.

I fell for Chatly because their site appeared on top of search results when I searched for Claude. Likely from aggressive ads. I mistakenly subscribed, thinking it was Claude AI. Their policy says refunds are allowed within 12 hours. I requested one, but they ignored it and refused. I’ve since seen many others trapped the same way. They’re taking advantage of honest mistakes, then hiding behind silence. Avoid them. It’s a calculated scam tactic.

Total scam app, stay away. Like a lot of other users I clicked through to sign up to Claude and signed up in error to Chatlyai. I never used the app and emailed them within 10 min of my mistake and they are refusing to refund me. Stay well away from these scam artists, feel so ripped off and let down by them. I subscribed to an annual plan and was charged the full yearly amount. I used the product for about 20 minutes, asked 11 questions via their search engine, and by the 30-minute mark I realised it was very difficult to use and simply not suitable for me. I immediately requested a refund for the annual subscription.

They refused the refund, claiming I exceeded their 7-question limit. This makes absolutely no sense and feels extremely unfair: the monthly plan has a 7-question threshold, and apparently the annual plan has the same 7-question threshold as well. How is that reasonable for someone who paid for a full year?

This is a very aggressive, one-sided policy and feels like an unfair clause designed to block refunds. Even if they insist on usage limits, they could at least offer a partial refund, but they offered nothing.

On top of that, the interface is clunky and hard to navigate. Overall: poor usability, unclear rules, and an unreasonable refund policy. Strongly not recommended.

I was looking to subscribe to Gemini AI. Their ad comes on top saying they use Gemini Pro. After subscribing to them, I discover that they are NOT official Gemini reseller. After repeated attempt for refund, I can even click on a prompt to submit the refund process. Google Ads should flag this as scam and not just accept their ad money.

The company misled me with its advertising, pretending to be Claud ai. It doesn't refund money even if I haven't used the service.

Please do not fall to this scam! They get your money trough fake ads and looking like other services, then they change you for services that are free. Even if you immediately understand the scam, there is no refund and basically impossibile to cancel so you have to get a new credit card. Is crazy how google allow such scammers to put top ads in their search.

This is a scam company. They bring no value to the world.
