ChatlyiAI are using misleading advertisements. So they are using misleading tactics to get customers paying by accident on their services instead of the Claude services which I was intentionally trying to do. This is a scam on Google via their search machine. Pretending that they are Claude. There are numerous people which did the same because this is a know issue. Even to Google. This practice is only for profit by stealing customers whit this practice. Chatly should be banned from the internet for this. Although it look as a decent organization they did and still do it by purpose. So I had to contact them for a refund directly after i had noticed that this was a scam.

DO NOT give your credit card information to Chatly AI. They employ predatory billing practices designed to trap customers.

I was recently charged for an automatic subscription renewal without receiving a single reminder or notification email beforehand. When I contacted their customer support to cancel and request a refund, they completely dismissed my request, hiding behind an absurd "12-hour refund window" policy.

Who constantly monitors their credit card transactions to catch an unnotified charge within 12 hours? This is not a standard business practice; it’s a deliberate trap.

After reading other reviews here, it is clear this is their standard operating procedure. They rely on customers missing this microscopic refund window to keep their money.

My advice to anyone trapped by them: Stop wasting time arguing with their useless customer support. Call your bank or credit card issuer immediately and file a Chargeback (Transaction Dispute) for an "unnotified recurring charge." Your bank will protect you against these predatory terms. Stay far away from this app!

Signed up accidently when searching for claude. Not as good as the actual thing and hard to unsubscribe.

DO NOT SIGN UP! I signed up and cancelled the SAME day as it was useless and they are still taking $65 AUD out of my account and there is no where you can go to let them know it was cancelled

Total scam! I accidentally subscribed for $90 (Invoice: C8VXWNKB-0004) and requested a refund within hours. They never replied to my emails or issued a refund. On top of that, their 'Professional' plan has a ridiculous limit of only 10 slides for the AI presentation maker. Horrible customer service and misleading product. Stay away!

WARNING: Misleading ads and no refunds

I was deceived into subscribing to Chatly. Their ad appeared at the top of Google search results and looked almost identical to the real Claude AI (by Anthropic). I genuinely believed I was subscribing to Claude — I was not.

Once I realized my mistake, I contacted support immediately to cancel and request a refund. My request was refused. No real explanation was given, just a generic response citing their refund policy — despite the fact that I was misled into subscribing in the first place.

This is not an isolated case. Hundreds of other customers have reported the exact same experience. The pattern is clear: Chatly runs deceptive ads, collects money from confused users, and then refuses to return it.

I am now disputing the charge through my bank and reporting this to my consumer protection authority.

Avoid this company. Make sure you are on the official claude.ai website before entering any payment details.

Scam website, please avoid. got trapped by them appearing at the top results when searching for Claude AI. Paid for subscription, not realising what just happened. When I requested a refund, I got a reply the next day stating that they don't refund for mistakes being made as part of their policy. I find this to be a suspicious and fraudulent act, as they integrate other company's API to appear at the top of search results, which tricks you into subscribing as the platform also looks similar to other competitors. Please stay away.

I fell into their trap. They reference better than Claude (& use this SEO to lure customers). Once I booked it and realized it hadn't been Claude I had used, they refused to refund me even though I had not even used it and made the purchase minutes prior! Completely dishonnest.

I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with ChatlyAI.

I was looking for Claude AI and came across ChatlyAI, which appeared very similar and, in my view, was highly misleading. The branding and presentation made it easy to mistake it for Claude or an official Claude-related service.

I subscribed by mistake and immediately contacted them to request a refund once I realised what had happened. Despite acting quickly, I received no proper resolution and no refund. I have now lost more than USD 1,000 because of this.

What makes this even more concerning is that many other reviews describe a similar experience — people being confused, signing up by mistake, requesting refunds quickly, and then being refused or ignored.

In my opinion, this business model appears to rely on confusing users and taking advantage of honest mistakes. A legitimate company should make it very clear who they are, what service they provide, and should honour refund requests when customers immediately report a mistaken subscription.

I strongly advise others to be extremely careful before entering any payment details. Make sure you are on the official Claude/Anthropic website and not a third-party service that appears similar.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ChatlyAI.

The site appears on top in Google search, with a logo looking just like Claude.ai. Purchased by mistake, the company is not providing the refund or any kind of reply, even though the complaint was submitted the same day. Avoid at all costs, this app pretends to be something it isn't, its horrible!

I searched for Claude AI on Google and clicked the top link, which led me to Chatly. The site design is so similar to Claude that I subscribed for a $90 annual plan without any doubt. I soon realized it was not the official Claude site and requested a refund immediately, but they refused. This site is a total scam that impersonates famous AI services to trick people into paying. Beware!

The software is not very good, nowhere near as good as ChatGBT.

Customer service is practically non existent.

I am having to almost beg for a refund despite not having made use of the system.

And then they refused despite me not haing used the software for more than minutes.

this ai is a total scam . wanted to pay for Claude and l dont know how it appeared on my page and l ended up paying by mistake and it took 15 usd in beginning April and now end of April it took another money 25 usd before reaching a month . They do not have an option to cancel their subscription and they do not want to refund me.

Aussitôt mes premières recherches effectuées, je constate que le service n'est pas du tout à la hauteur de mes attentes. Après avoir cherché un moment sans succès comment annuler mon abonnement dans le délai des 14 jours, j'envoie un mail à Chatlyai. Aujourd'hui, le 25/04/2026, je n'ai toujours pas eu de réponse et je ne sais donc pas comment exercer mon droit de rétractation, qui s'achève dans 7 jours ! Je les ai relancés sans succès pour l'instant… Bref : service zéro, réactivité zéro, arnaque 100 % !!!

On April 18, 2026, I subscribed to the one-year renewable "standard" plan. As a European customer, I was aware of my 14-day withdrawal right. After my first searches, I quickly realized the service fell far short of my expectations. After spending some time unsuccessfully trying to find out how to cancel my subscription within the 14-day window, I sent an email to Chatlyai. As of today, April 25, 2026, I have still received no reply, and I have no idea how to exercise my withdrawal right, which expires in 7 days! I followed up with them, again without success. Bottom line: zero service, zero responsiveness, 100% scam!!!

It has been over 5 days since their automated system told me a 'human staff' member would contact me, and I have heard nothing. I have a full log of my emails and timestamps showing I met all refund criteria.
I am now considering escalating this as a cross-border dispute through the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan (NCAC) and filing a formal report with the Anti-Fraud Organization. I will also be contacting my credit card's fraud department to initiate a chargeback for 'Service Not Rendered' if this is not resolved immediately.
