The wine was very securely packaged and arrived with the dates at checkout. I would definitely use them again for special gifts.

My request was proceeded very quickly and professionaly

For the Chateau Tangariro New Zealand, it is very famous however there are some few things need improving: I understand there such a time however something should not be an excuse, it was bad service.

We arrive at the hotel on 16th July waiting on the queue at the reception because only one computer was working, we stood there waiting.

1- The lounge was nice atmosphere, the live piano music was playing for couple hours, that was relaxing in the evening after a long day at the mountain and walking 👍

2- The Inside of the hotel is dated need some cleaning done or fresh paint. The woman toilets at the lounge were filthy 👎🏼

3- The swimming pool is ok. But the sona room need some TLC, we could feel the draft came from the outside, so it was cold drafted 👎🏼

4- Inside the bedroom: the bed is king side, it was nice comfortable and big .
Inside the bathroom the soap, shampoo and conditioner, shower caps, ear cotton buds were provided, however there were no toothpaste and toothbrush (small size should provided for the guest) just bad behaviour/service. 👎🏼

6- Inside the bed room; the tea and coffee were provided, the jug was provided but there were no water inside the fridge. It won’t cost the arms and legs for a couple of 500ml water bottles from countdown. 👎

8- The chateau provided us the milk inside the fridge. But we were scared to use it. The 500ml was inside the fridge was opened and was put inside the 2litre milk, look like it was left over from something.
It is not professional.👎

Suggestion: For the 500ml should be put in a glass bottle name and date would be nice and more professional.

9- The noise came from the small fridge Inside the bedroom was noisy I could not sleep. 👎

10- The Ruapahu Signature restaurant:
We order 1 lamb shank and 1 beef dish. The lamb shank was very nice but the beef dish was very chewy however they replaced with salmon instead. The chef need improving with some creative idea 3 dished we had were provided the same cooked vegetables. 👌

11- The continental breakfast was very nice. 👍

I think it is not worth for us paying $470/night for 2 people.

Hope to see it improving.
