This is a crap company

This is a crap company. Do not buy from them. I waited months for my item to arrive. It’s probably the worst quality item I’ve ever seen. They refused to give me a refund and adhere to their return policy. So here I am at least trying to prevent others from making the same mistake of buying here.

Charlie Suede Unreliability

I ordered a top on January 22nd from their online website that I found linked on tik tok. I used the form of tracking through the SHOP app which is always very reliable in showing where the package is. After about 1-4 days the package had not moved at all and i was getting no updates on shipping. I reached out to their helpline , and they responded and “assured” me that my package had a delay in shipping and would be on the tracker in 1-3 days it is now February sixth. I emailed them again they responded a while later and gave me a tracking number that made no sense. I responded and asked for a valid tracking number and have still not received one. I am very disappointed in this service.

Sometimes a label gets created before the parcel is fully scanned into the courier system, but you should still be given clear, valid tracking and proper updates.

DONT BUY

This is a 0 star. Bought an item, the dress looked nothing like the way it was shown and described on the internet, I got some cheap thing. Especially for what I paid for extremely disappointing. I also paid for expedited 1 day shipping, I waited weeks for the item. This isn’t right, and this website needs to be shut. They didn’t want to return my money, and they wanted me to ship the item back which idc about bc Im not gonna wear that and was planning on shipping back to them but they didn’t even provide me with no shipping label and wanted me to figure it all out by myself and pay even more for those shipping expenses and getting the label when I already spent enough on things I didn’t even end up getting correctly.

About returns: we don’t automatically include prepaid labels, but when an item isn’t as described or there’s been a serious delay, we should be helping you clearly and fairly, not leaving you to “figure it out” alone.

Please send us your order number as I wasn't able to locate your order on name alone. If your item was defect we can either reship it or refund your order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRAND. It's been nearly two weeks since I placed my order (I paid an extra $20 for "priority shipping") and I still haven't received any kind of shipping confirmation or tracking number. I have emailed the brand multiple times, with them often ignoring me and making up fake excuses as to why my order has not arrived, when clearly it has not even left the warehouse. Honestly such a waste of money and time, avoid this company at all costs as they do not care for the individuals who purchase from them. I paid for priority shipping as I am leaving the country next week, and figured if the standard shipping estimates 6-10 days, my "priority" order should arrive before, or at least within, that timeframe. I expect they will provide an AI response to this review as they have done with all the others. GIVE ME MY REFUND.

I too have had trouble getting my item shipped

I have also had trouble getting my products shipped. I fear my gifts will not arrive in time for Christmas at this rate. No communication. Their website says shipping within 4 days and it has been over 2 weeks for my purchase with no shipping notification. Buyer beware.

SCAM

I attempted to order one item and the checkout process deceptively added multiple items without clear confirmation, bringing my total to nearly $300. When I contacted the company immediately to cancel, they refused. Shipping was delayed for weeks despite paying for faster delivery. Once the items arrived, the return process became a nightmare: the return window suddenly changed from 7 days to 5, I was required to email instead of using a portal, asked multiple times to confirm which items I was returning despite clearly stating all of them, asked for photos as “proof,” told repeatedly there was “not enough information,” and then informed they do not provide return labels—only vague “instructions” that were never actually sent. They also attempted to charge a 30% restocking fee. After days of circular emails, my bank permanently refunded me via chargeback. This business operates with deceptive checkout practices and obstructed returns. Proceed with extreme caution.

A couple of quick clarifications from our side, just so the facts are clear and you don’t feel misled:

Your order shows as paid $174.95, not ~$300. If your checkout ever looked different on your screen, we genuinely want to investigate what happened there.

We process orders very fast, so cancellations aren’t guaranteed once an order is already being handled (this is also what we state on our FAQ).

We aim to dispatch the same day / within 2 business days and then delivery depends on the courier, express affects shipping speed, but delays can still happen once it’s with the carrier.

On the return side: our policy is that eligible items can be returned for a refund/exchange within the stated window, and returns are started by email so we can help fast and correctly.

DO NOT buy from this company. You have to keep them informed that you bought something for them to ship it. I bought an item Nov. 20th. Emailed asking for verification it shipped. Finally shipped, it's December 5th. All because I had to email them asking for shipping details and essentially, where is my item. With little remorse or ways to make it up for their error, besides "sorry." No expedited shipping, no discounts. Just "sorry." Will not shop from them again and not recommend.

I ordered a shirt from them in…

I ordered a shirt from them in September and paid for package protection. The shirt never arrived- they sent me proof of delivery which was not my house. Now, after what feels like a million emails back and forth (which included ring doorbell footage showing that the date and time they state the delivery was made never happened) they keep telling me that they need to “reach out to the shipping company for more details” but will not tell me what details they need or what exactly they are waiting for. The fact that I paid for shipping protection and this is what you get in return? They are basically refusing to give me my money back. Stay away from them.

Edit to this since the company responded and is trying to make it seem like I am not talking about the correct company. Fine, let me rephrase- I bought a top from you. There, better? I have reported this company to the BBB and FTC. Do not ever purchase from CHARLIE SUEDE LONDON.

with subject “MISDELIVERED PACKAGE – September order” and include:

your order number, and the proof-of-delivery photo the courier provided (and if you can, a screenshot of the Ring footage timestamp you mentioned).

Once we have that in one message, we’ll immediately escalate it with the courier and either resend your item or refund you based on the outcome of the carrier confirmation.

Dont trust this company

Absolutely a joke of a company. I ordered a top back in August and it took about six weeks to arrive, even though they claimed I would receive it much sooner. When the top finally arrived, the quality was terrible, so I requested a refund. They then said they would charge a 30% restocking fee, even though I barely touched the item—I have no idea why they need 30%, and on top of that they expected me to pay for return shipping.

I pointed out that I would lose nearly half of my money and that they had been unprofessional throughout the entire process. Only then did they offer a full refund, which I accepted. I sent the top back (and paid for shipping) two weeks ago and have been asking repeatedly for my refund. They keep delaying and ignoring my messages. I’ve even provided proof that the item was returned, yet they still refuse to process my refund.

This is absolutely unacceptable. They are scammers!

Here’s the clearest way we can fix this today:

with subject “REFUND STATUS – (your order #)” and include your return tracking number / proof of return in the same email. We’ll immediately do one of these two things (no more delays):

Confirm it’s been received and push your refund through, or

If it hasn’t reached our returns address yet, we’ll locate it with the carrier and keep you updated until it’s marked received.

Just so you’re not left guessing: once a return is received + inspected, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 10 business days (and sometimes banks take a little longer to show it).

If you were explicitly offered a full refund in your email thread, we’ll honor that, just forward that message along with your tracking.

Fake drop shipping brand!

Fake drop shipping brand ordering rubbish from China posing as a "small business". Literally found their Mia dress on another website called "Ance Grita" for 2x the price. Watch out for these scammy businesses you see on tiktok. Thought the dress was nice and was going to purchase but glad I read the reviews first. Steer clear from this lame money grab!
