Still waiting for refund after 4 weeks

I returned my order on 1 July 2026 and still no refund, even though there is proof on the system that I have returned the item. I have chased customer services and again no response.

Poor quality
Do not buy, purchased a bag only used a hand full of times, bag is now 3 months old and the handles have started to peel.
Have been in touch with customer service with photos of the handles.
1 st I asked for an exchange they advised out of the company return policy.
I then advised my statutory rights along with advising the terms and conditions they state is not affected, I then asked for a refund, they advised this is wear and tear and will not be dealing with this further.
I advise stay away if a bag can only be used for a short period less than 3 months in my case.

Item came used and dirty
I ordered shoes from their website for my graduation, but they arrived with marks over them and the heels looked worn in as there were marks on the bottom. Unacceptable. I sent an email on July 4th and have still not heard back from customer service for over 2 weeks - really quite poor and would not recommend this store!

I odered three bag from charles and…
I odered three bag from charles and keith as i was flying to my home country
As parcel came separately one parcel i received perfectly fined but the other parcel was missing as it wasnt handed to me it was left in front door as i requested customer service from charles and keith they denied to take responsibility and told me that if i havent got the parcel that is not there responsibilities i spend more than 300 pound on charles and keith because i oder from them before also that time i thought its a genuine company but the customer service wasn’t helpful

There is always a lot of choice
There is always a lot of choice for my size 2 feet and they are well made and of an excellent quality. I find the size chart to be very helpful and true to my size feet. The shoes are always beautifully wrapped and protected, which pleases me because I am fussy when storing my foot wear. It also shows me that this company take great pride in their work.
