Incredibly disappointed. I ordered this as a Father’s Day gift, with 2-day shipping. It’s been almost two weeks, haven’t received it. In fact, it wasn’t tracking until today. Very deceiving. There’s nothing more frustrating than ordering with the intention to arrive in more than enough time, plus 2-day shipping, and the order isn’t prioritized or fulfilled as advertised. Needless to say, I no longer need it and will be returning.

I bought two , one for the office and the second for home then after a while both of them are not working .

I am absolutely in love with this diffuser! It is truly unique, beautifully designed, and made with exceptional quality. The glass craftsmanship is stunning, and it adds such an elegant touch to any room while working perfectly as a diffuser.

Unfortunately, one of the glass pieces arrived broken during shipping, and a couple of items were missing from my order. I was disappointed at first, but the company’s customer service completely exceeded my expectations. They responded quickly, were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make things right. They promptly replaced the broken glass diffuser and the missing items without any hassle.

It is rare to find a company that stands behind its products and provides such outstanding customer service. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for their customers were truly impressive.

I loved this diffuser so much that I ended up purchasing one for each of my three daughters, and they all absolutely love theirs as well! The diffuser is beautiful, high-quality, and backed by a company that truly values its customers.

I would highly recommend this product and company to anyone looking for a unique, elegant diffuser and a wonderful customer experience.

Love the diffuser as it’s super simple to use. I also am ADDICTED to a couple of their available scents. I saw the Le Labo collection with this brand of diffuser on sale in the US for an ungodly amount of money. Got the diffuser directly on their website with their scents and they are AMAZING. Great customer service too when mine “clogged” after a couple years use. Put rubbing alcohol inside and swished and it’s back to brand new

Upon receiving my diffuser, I was extremely bummed bc it did not work. The company troubleshooted the issue and we discovered it was a problem with the diffuser bottle itself. They quickly sent out a new bottle along with a complimentary fragrance. Things happen and I understand that. It's what happens afterwards that counts. I appreciate the way Charabanc stood by their product and was so quick to offer a solution.
Also, the Darjeeling fragrance is literal heaven 😍

First, the customer service goes above and beyond, Emma is so helpful in answering questions and does so very promptly. She is definitely an asset to the company. Products are wonderful, I love Santal and Winds of Darjeeling right now, but all of the oils are high quality. I recommend buying the full library of scents so you can experience them all!

My Charabanc diffuser is amazing -- it’s beautiful, unique, and the scents are divine. Emma, the customer service representative, was fantastic. Every question I had was answered within hours, and she was kind, personable, and professional throughout the process.

I ordered from the U.S., and my package arrived within just a few days. I’m honestly not sure why everyone’s so upset about the business location -- I personally couldn’t care less because the product works beautifully, customer service was responsive, and the diffuser itself is gorgeous. Good product great customer service

Apparently, this company is a Chinese scam company according to the UK based Charabanc company. I bought a diffuser from them from an Instagram ad. It was defective. It worked for two days and then stopped. I reached out to their customer service from the number they provided on the flyer inside the package. No reply for several months. The company that replied months later (today) was the actual UK based company. That company told me in a lengthy text message several months after I initially reported the defective product that they have been victims of Chinese scammers with fake trust pilot reviews. I don’t know who to believe anymore but the product that I bought was terrible. It broke after using it twice. And if the Support phone number they gave to use on, WhatsApp actually goes to the UK base company then I tend to believe that this company is a front for scamming. Whatever it is, the product is horrible. And I’m out $120 US.

I live in Australia and I purchased my Charabanc diffuser on line . Sadly when it arrived it wasn’t working.I contacted customer service and spoke with Emma , she was extremely helpful and asked me to send a small video to show it wasn’t working, I did this and a new one arrived a week later . Thank you Emma your customer service is second to none . I absolutely love my unique diffuser and I must add their oils smell divine, so good I’ve already ordered more .A truly decent company and that’s hard to find these days 10/10 . Very happy customer

My partner has purchased dozens of diffusers over the years and she just loves making the house and office smell amazing, I couldn't put a number on what's been spent to date but it's a lot. This new diffuser leaves everything we have purchased in the past getting unplugged and put away, she absolutely loves it and the smell 17 we are using is outstanding. Customer care is 10/10 as well. Emma has helped me with everything I need and I cant rate this product any higher.

I have to give this product and the excellent customer service 5 stars! I purchased this diffuser and it arrived within the time period expected. After i opened the packaging and set everything up, I noticed the LED light didn't seem to come on when charging. I reached out through email and explained what I thought I was experiencing (expecting a long wait for response). I was really surprised at the quick response asking me for more information and showing genuine concern to a brand-new customer. I responded that I was doing some additional testing and noticed that the LED was in fact working properly, but it was located deeper inside the wood unit. Emma was my Customer Support Specialist who explained the "why" it was designed like that and also gave me details about the unit i purchased to help me work through making sure everything was working as it was intended to. I came here to say that Charabancaroma is an exceptional business to work with. Emma the Customer Support Representative who worked with me is also exceptional and made me smile that she cared over and above that every detail of my experience was important. That's rare and deserving of 5 stars. I absolutely love my diffuser, the quality of craftsmanship and the care after purchase for the customer. If i could rate with more stars I would, you deserve it! I will for sure be a repeat customer.

and on a side note, the Santal 29 oil is ridiculously amazing. I'll be checking out their other scents too very soon!

Be advised this is not a US based company. Shipping is slow. Customer service response is slow.

Bought a diffuser starter kit back in December. Love the different scents. Reordered another box of scents after finishing the kit. Diffuser stopped working a few months later. Contacted customer service and after a few emails back and forth a new diffuser was sent and it’s working just fine. A very good company with excellent customer service! Very hard to find these days.

I'm giving this company an average of 3 stars, 5 for the products themselves, and 1 for the fake UK/London/hand-crafted storefront.

This company does actually sell diffusers and aroma oils, and the products are very nice. So, five stars for the products.

However, everything about it being a UK company that produces hand-crafted products is a fraud. It is a Chinese individual selling Chinese factory-produced products through a fake UK storefront. Products ship directly from China. The IDENTICAL products can be found on Amazon under generic Chinese labels. So, 1 star for the fact that the company is falsely trading on being a London-based company producing hand-crafted products. That's a lie.

The same address is used by over 4,600 companies. There is no workshop, no storefront, no phone, no staff listing, no operational presence for this company. It is a typical agent service for mail forwarding and legal compliance only, used by overseas sellers, dropshipping businesses, and Amazon/e-commerce entities. This address does not indicate any real UK operations.

Best customer service I have ever had! Love the product too, it's really neat, and the scents are really nice! I would definitely recommend them.
