Love the compact lamp and the aromas are fabulous

First off, I love the diffuser and fragrance I bought from here. Sadly after 2 months my diffuser stopped working. I contacted support and was prepared for a bot to respond, nope a person and a very helpful one at that. They asked I try a couple things to make it work and after that failed, they sent me a new diffuser. No fuss. No foolishness. Great product and even better customer service, which is hard to find these days.

I came across Charabancaroma store by chance while browsing the web for authentic and natural aromatherapy essential oil aromas to scent my home.
They have an extensive range of uniquely blended natural authentic aromatic scents, that diffuse into the room creating a wonderful environment in your home, I love everything I have tried, it is like a trip through nature.
Each blend comes in 30ml brown glass dropper bottles, one bottle lasts a very long time, and buying two or more means you can constantly change the aroma.
All my visitors comment how gorgeous my home smells.
What also caught my eye were the vintage looking diffusers they are unusual and beautiful, you can choose from a diffuser with just an elegant glass bottle or one that is also a lamp with a vintage light bulb. What is brilliant they come as plug in or with a USB charger, so you can use it anywhere.
I now have two with lamp bulb, they all stand on a beautiful wooden base and the diffuser bottles that send out the fabulous scented mist complete the vintage look, one is plug in and one USB.
I also have one without the lamp which is USB, I put this
on my landing where I have no plug socket, so my whole home smells naturally beautiful.
The diffusers work on a timer so stop and start this enables you to keep noticing the perfume rather than not noticing when the aroma is constant .
They are a little more expensive than some diffusers, however that said you are getting a beautifully made elegant diffuser, not a boring plastic plug in.
It makes a wonderful gift and arrives well packed with a quality gift bag, or make it a special treat for yourself, I did and would highly recommend you invest in one or more, you will not be disappointed they are 5 star.
The website is easy to use, the products are described accurately and easy to order, high quality and unique.
My order came safely packed and in the time frame stated. I will definitely be buying more, just Fabulous.

Getting this product is a truly unique gift. The diffuser is beautiful and i love that it is waterless. The oils smell amazing. The packaging is beautiful.

I’m very happy with Charabaca Roma. The device works great. The only things I would improve are the battery life, which could be a little longer, and the flavors, which I find a bit expensive.

I ordered 2 of these over 2 months ago and nothing has arrived. Nada. Scam? Should I call my bank??

Charabanc oils are deliciously different. Through their cleverly designed devices you can readily experience the quality and thought that goes into their oil production. Each scent is unique.Equally, their customer service is exceptional. I could not recommend this company more highly. Mischa.

Have ordered twice and have not been disappointed. The winds of Darjeeling 17 and Santal 29 are my favorite scents so far. Both diffusers I have work amazing and are well constructed. Not to mention they look awesome as well. Will be ordering again

I bought a Charabanc; it worked fine for a couple weeks, then it clogged. I got it cleaned out and it worked for about a week and then it clogged again and I can’t get it to work. Followed the instructions on their website, still didn’t work. It was nice when it worked. Guys I do appreciate the reply, but I do not have time to make a video; like I said it was nice while it worked, but it clogs very easily.

Essence was of good quality smell linger for a long time. Product was of good quality all around. Chargeable battery last a decent amont of uses.

Beautiful scents. They’re not inexpensive but the scents are strong and not a lot of oil is required. However, because they’re so lovely, I use them for often! 50/50😃

I have diffusers in every room of my house and I will be replacing them with these. So beautiful and so much more fragrant, the scent fills the air. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely LOVE our difuser.. the customer service was world class. One top piece arrived broken, within minutes of an email explaination sent with an image, a real person replied back and a new piece was on the way. Thank you so much, can't wait to try some new oils!

Please don’t spend your money on this junk. The photos on their site make the product look a lot nicer/higher quality than they actually are. The wood feels incredibly fake and looks really plastic in person. The button is also plastic and cheap, but I think the photos they use on their website use a metal one.

Like a lot of other people are saying, the company is just taking Chinese knockoffs of the Le Labo diffuser, (that you can get cheaper on AliExpress), slapping their logo on it and selling it for a higher price.

I’ve also had a hard time finding where I can even write this review. After I bought a diffuser I got an email from the company telling me to write a review followed with a Shopify link, but it led no where. So I had to look it up and eventually found this site (which was not linked anywhere on their official website). The Shopify reviews that are already there are full of bots and clearly fake reviews.

If you care about quality don’t give these people your money.
