The plants look to be in great condition. They were well packed, well watered and arrived intact with Royal Mail. That hasn't alwsys been the case when ordering plants online. Ordered two hardy geraniums. One arrived with a lot of yellowing lower leaves which have now spread through the plant. Contacted Champion who have now written back to say it's normal with that cultivar but, if no improvement next year, they'll replace or refund. Exactly the kind of customer service one hopes for!

Champion in every sense of the word.
Excellent service, excellent packaging and excellent quality plants. They were cheaper than all of the 4 local garden centres to me too. I will definitely be buying from Champion Plants in the future. You definitely live up to your name too 100% Champion 👍

Five heleniums arrived extremely well packaged in the latest heatwave. The soil was still moist and the plants looked fresh and full of lovely flowers. Really impressed. Thank you.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, the plants arrived wilted, and most were dead—except for two—so I threw them in the trash. Furthermore, the box itself was damaged. I do not recommend this at all.

Svar fra Championplants
Really disappointing to see this, we had an email conversation where the outcome was left that the customer had thrown the plants away and would not send photos to show the quality of them - only provided photos of a damaged box, I offered a full refund once photos of damaged or poor plants had been received but this was declined as the customer was ‘too busy’. Sad to see a 1 star review on our small family business trust pilot page, I packed the order myself. Customer also complained about delayed dispatch and threatened to cancel order before looking at our dispatch times - which we were well ahead of.
I’m still happy to refund if photos can be provided.
