They are the worst! I used them received a poor job. They use inexperience people they they probably found at a site where day workers gather to be picked up for day jobs. They did not do the two coats of paint as they said they would. I would never use them again.

Well I had certa pro out to my home twice this year. First time to paint my upstairs and they were fine. Price was fair, they schedule me and were there on time and did a great job. Second time was now. I call them out in April to look at painting my downstairs and 2 bedrooms. The experience was total opposite. They never show up on the day they scheduled. Tried to reschedule a time to paint and got nothing. No communication between me and the Foreman. Everytime I call them they couldn't give me a date to do the work. One excuse after another. Crew quit on them. Workers out on maternity leave. And I kept getting further down the list 4 or 5 jobs ahead of me after they failed to make the first appointment. Finally I canceled the job and demanded my deposit back since they seem like they wanted no part of my house. That was today. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to get my deposit back and start all over finding a company to paint my home. To bad because I had other jobs i was going to give them. I will NEVER use them again, and I will tell everyone on earth to stay away from them.

As other people have alluded too they do use independent contractors who are probal yinexperiences people they pickled up one a street corner. As such, they did not put two coats of paint on our deck like we were contracted with them to do. How do I know. The color of my deck was brown the paint was grey. I saw them finish the first coat with my brown deck showing and then 30 minutes later they said they were done. It takes 2 hours to do the first coat but only 30 minutes for the second. The supervisor on site barely spoke english so could not explain it to him. We called certapro directly and they said they would talk with the site supervisor. Needless to say nothing happened. I should have taken pictures I guess but why should I have too do that. I pay good money to do a job properly then DO IT. ON top of that there are very visible streak marks like they painted unevenly. I'm glad its my deck that was painted and not the interior of my house.Overall just a lousy job and a rip off. Plus they told us we could keep the extra paint. Well guess what? That's right they supposedly used it all the paint putting two coats on of paint on our deck. I will never use these shysters again.

We used CertaPro after they came highly recommended by our next door neighbor. Austen Lynn and his crew did an excellent job painting pretty much our entire house. They were on time, worked a full day, and cleaned up each night. They finished in 4 days and I am very happy with their work. Sheri Osburn is the owner in the Augusta Area and I highly recommend this company.

We had the exterior of our home painted 3 years ago. I realize that the company uses independent contractors, but they really need to manage their work.

First, the painters indicated that we may need 2 coats (with an extra cost, of course). We agreed to the extra work and the additional cost. However, when they were nearly complete with the first coat, they told us they didn't think we really needed the second coat. Someone from the company told us they had been offered / assigned another job and that would pay more than our second coat.

Second, they returned after a year or two later for touchups, as included in the original contract. The same independent contractors returned to do that. When they returned, they told us that they had hired someone to do the scraping of the house. They told us that the individual they hired did not do a good job, so they had fired him. They pointed out the numerous areas of the house where this lack of appropriate scraping was a problem. But they did not offer to fix it. They also did not finish the touch up, even though they said they would return to finish the job.

This was a most unpleasant and disappointing experience.

I had a wonderful customer service experience. I would like to recognize the representative Kevin Adkins. The representative was honest about the work and cost. The actual work was just beautiful. I highly recommend this company for painting of an exterior home project.

I had Certa Pro Owings Mills paint ceilings, trim, and bathrooms in my home during fall 2020. At first glance, I was reasonably happy with the job. However, as the paint dried, I was not. They were supposed to fix cracks in our ceiling but they are just as obvious today...just painted over and look terrible. In addition, little details were missed like putting can lights back correctly. I also had to point out some misses along the way...it seemed the team did not understand the work instructions.

The team was respectful and punctual but I will not hire them again.

CertaPro franchise from Miami , FLA was lousy . They left spaces not painted, forgot to paint under my window rim and never checked it, my back wall which the painter smeared some film to cover debris well he painted over debri making g it look like lumps which looked big . I got pictures prove it and when I complain to Owner of palmetto Certa he sided with the painter as if it was nothing and for$3,200.00 it was sloppy . That day the painter was in a hurry to go and never checked his work. When I complained to the franchise owner he looked as if it was nothing and not the painters fault. When I complained to CertaPro Headquarters ref the owner not calling back he did not like I complained but he sure lived my check. People take pictures before you ever have anyone do painting and make sure they call you back and not give excuses like this owner did. Itbashame he uses someone else's name of company cuz it makes them look bad. I truly have pictures to prove the shabby mess. I had to call a outside company to fix the wall his painter messed up. I learned my experience take pictures and stop a job once you see flags popping up.

We love the work CertaPro did for our House!!!

Upoun further review after 3 years of working with this company horrible company to work or be part of. Final straw we are taking you to court.

My younger brother was assulted by there crew leader for asking him to put on a mask. My farther is 77 years old. I know this corna bug has everone turned up but that is no reason to put hands on someone. Physically harm is not vaid in any situation especially when asked to use personal protective wear!

He puched my my brother 3 times over a mask! The crew lead is 6,2 my brother 5,2....

I had the same problems as Emily seems to have had.
1. A $1300.00 laptop went missing. Myself and the paint crew were the only trades on the site .
2. The work was so below a professional level it was amazing.
They did not have any protection for existing furniture or flooring whatsoever. they painted oil base paint over trim and doors without cleaning them first.
I could go on and on but the bottom line is ..
1.Property missing
2.Bad workmanship
3.Would not take responsibility.
I cannot or would never recommend, Central and North Dallas Certa Pro painters.

Excellent customer service every step of the way. We were thrilled with the estimate and the team that did the interior painting in our home. I have used this company in the past and will use them again in the future. Great company with great people. Thank you, CertaPro for a job well done!!!

Joe, went through my personal effects after being told explicitly not too. We were told two weeks it's now on to 3 weeks. We were told two bedrooms downstairs would be completed first, one was done. The other...still has painting supplies in the middle. He left a space heater on without anyone in the house for goodness knows how long. I feel violated and no longer trust this company in my house.
