** UPDATE & REACTION **

After posting my review, the team got back to me literally within hours (5/04/22). They confirmed (and realized) that the original emails didn't contain tracking #'s, and also confirmed that the shipment had not arrived w/ DPD. They were reactive and pleasant, and offered to send me a replacement free of charge, as well as 10% off of my next order. They informed me that they would share the tracking # with me the following day (06/04/22).

Then, 2 days later (7/04/22), there was still no news from them. So again, I had to chase down my own order. Really annoying. They said it had been shipped and would send me the tracking # tomorrow (08/04/22). Still no news.

It's now been 13 days and 10+ emails since I ordered, and still have nothing. It's exhausting having to BEG for my order.. For a relatively large order and premium shipping, this is just awful service. In this time, I could've walked to their warehouse from my house and back – that would've been faster. Shipping from NL to BE, it's not even 150km.. I gave them another chance but honestly can't say I'll be doing that again, sadly.

I ordered from Cerebra Nootropics on 28/03 for a total order of ≈ 100 EUR. Immediately made the payment. At first I received a confirmation for my order, which was followed by another email soon afterwards that my order was "Completed".

However, neither the "Confirmation" email nor the "Completed" email had any details on the delivery tracking number. I've read that many people have encountered the same – it's strange that they don't just send that in the email immediately?

Either way, I wrote them and got a quick reply with the DPD tracking number. However, it's now been 8 days since the order, and there's been no update, no action, nothing on the progress of the order. DPD still claims it hasn't received the package yet, despite Cerebra sharing the tracking #.

I've sent them now, but haven't heard anything back. Feels a bit stupid, because it's literally shipping to Belgium, which is right next door. It shouldn't take more than 1 week to ship it (I would expect), and others on Trustpilot have already said that it got delivered after 3 days..

No confirmation email or tracking information. No product. It’s been a whole week with just auto emails and I’ve reached out to them over email and instagram over five times in the past two weeks. Frustrating since they have such positive reviews on them. Customer service needs to be amped up if they want to make sales.

18.3 Made order. Paid it. But so far i got no confirmation email, I've contacted them trough email if everything is alright but so far I'm without any response.

29.3 ***EDIT*** I still didn’t get tracking number neither the order and they are not reacting to my emails.

They contacted me yesterday after I lowered the stars here they said they will sent me tracking number but today order unexpectedly arrived but I never got the tracking number. Anyway happy with product they are legit and reliable I would say. Just the problems with auto emails.

The products are good, email support was fast. The transaction wasn't smooth at first so I didn't get the products as soon as expected. But iI think it was a random issue, they were reactive so I'd leave it at 5 stars.

I don't know what they sent me, but it isn't phenylpiracetam.

My order has finished processing 10 days ago and still no shipping ! No response from the seller either I’ve tried multiple times. Feel like being scammed .
Update - the seller replied to me after 2 days and provided tracking in which I could see it was shipped 2 days after processing. Thank you
