Always a experience with reps. Love this company for service and quality of products.

Had no trouble ordering the items, but when it came time for delivery, I was charged $10 and never received them. After waiting an extra week I finally called customer service. I was informed that the package had been returned to Century due to damage to the packaging. I was never notified, so I never thought to check my credit card statement (as they had reimbursed my card a week after the product had been unknowingly returned). To make up for a month long wait for items, they did nothing other than charge me again for the same product, but they covered the shipping. Gee,how nice of them. Let's hope it gets here this time.

During the order process, the website crashed, creating a duplicate order. No one in the Shipping Dept. caught the fact that two identical sets of orders with sequential order numbers were generated. I would think that this would have been worth a quick phone call.

The Bo-Staff arrived broken. The outer package was perfect, so I can only assume that someone in the Shipping Dept. just doesn't care about what they ship out to the customer.

I called about the breakage and was told to send pictures. I sent the pictures and was told that "it would be taken care of". I followed up with an email asking when I would be receiving a replacement, but have yet to receive a response. Normally you would expect any company to work hard to restore confidence after an error like this occurs, but not in this case.

I will probably have to call Century a third time regarding the double charges, I had refused delivery of the 2nd order as was instructed by Customer Support, but after the first two errors, I seriously doubt they will automatically refund the duplicate charge to my credit card.

I am not pleased with Century Martial Arts. This doesn't inspire confidence for any future orders.

Always my "Go-To" vendor for martial arts needs. Been a Sr. Master of Police Tactics & Strategies for decades, and had "hoped" they'd acknowledge that along with fellow Masters and H.O.F. Inductees, that they'd welcome and pursue a "better/more adaptable" kicking bag, similar to their earlier design in the "prior" century. I offered the design along with substantive testimonial as to why it was needed and would replace "several" of their offerings with this 1 item; they gave it no pursuit
even though I seek NO remuneration! This causes me and MANY others to purchase such a suitable apparatus via a football equipment supplier who WAS amenable & helpful re: such an assist. CENTURY needs to be more responsive, especially when so many fellow Maters/practitioners clamor for such equipment that's EASY to hold, and can immediately adjust positions that DO accommodate "ALL" types of kicks without the continual, and "unsafe"- unsteady, "wobble" inherent on their current bag offerings. To many have proven to be uncomfortable and often "dangerous" for both holder and striker. Irrespective of this "1" issue, they're remain my main source of supplies. It's just a bit disingenuous to say "We welcome comments and suggestions" from our customers, and then not reflect the notion with more than kind words... Respectfully, Sr. Master, 7th., Larry A. I've been using Century for over 30 years. They consistently remain well stocked with quality products. While clearly they still have their roots in traditional Karate & TKD, in recent years they have improved with their selection of MMA, Boxing & Muay Thai equipment.

They work very well with martial arts schools and have a solid wholesale price list.

I was informed that I had to return the wrong size shoes. I had to repackage the shoes. I had to wait until they were received by Century before the right size would be sent out. I did not make the MISTAKE, you did. I had to go through this dismal experience, when Century made the mistake ! I have spent alot of money with Century, will think twice before buying again. Century is not the only provider of martial arts supplies

I have been with Century Martial Arts for many years and they have been a great suppler of my martial arts needs.

I was pretty impressed with the shipping. Pricing is fantastic also. The items are constructed very well and proved to be nicely balanced. Fast shipping, quality gear, great price. Century is a wise choice!

I have been with you guys since 1993. No other supply company can even come close to Century. Prices can be a little high. But the service is OUTSTANDING!!!

Century for the longest time was a great company to purchase wholesale from. Fair prices, great customer service. Frankly, my first choice for martial arts supplies. Unfortunately, over the past several years I have seen a steady decline in their customer service and a steady increase in their prices.

I last experience was it for me. When you are guaranteed to have your order by a certain date and it doesn't arrive and me as the customer have to follow up as to why. Not only once, but 4 times and it's over a week later than promised, that to me is very poor customer service.

Have been getting stuff from them as far back as 30 years. Got my first gi from them that I still have. Would recommend getting your stuff from there.

Takes a great beating! Both Bobs we've used during training have with stood SEVERE BEATINGS only to keep standing ready for more. This BOB is by far the next best thing to fighting a human. Hit, kick as much and as hard as you want! BOB loves it!

Bring back the Vintage Stars and Stripes Gi it would sell ...

I have been with Century Martial Arts for 32 years. Their quality is unmatched, but it's their customer service that has always impressed me. Janet was the lady I always talked to when ordering something in the 80's. I have always enjoyed the attention to customer relations Century gives.

I have ordered 3 times in the last 3 weeks and have had insanely quick delivery!! I'm most impressed with this most recent order! I took advantage of the outlet sale and got my daughters and I equipment bags. I ordered yesterday and got a shipping notification today that they will be here tomorrow! Amazing! Also I miss entered my email by a letter and didn't get a confirmation but I got the shipping notification meaning someone in your office was paying attention and knew it looked off! That's really wonderful customer service!! Will most certainly be ordering any of our martial arts needs from you in the future!

When I noticed a small defect with one of my boots, Century took care of sending me a replacement very quickly. I was on the phone with customer service only a few minutes and there was no hassle at all. No wonder our Sabumnim recommends Century.

Can't say enough about how good the reps are.

Century martial arts has been my chief supplier for my karate club for many years now. It has a wide variety of goods to choose from and at a reasonable price.
The customer service agents are always looking for ways to save you money with special offers. Any problem that I have had has been quickly resolved with great care.
I would recommend and have recommended century martial arts to other martial arts clubs.
I'm glad there is a supply company that truly is looking after my best interests.
