Outstanding Support from Mohammed Islam - Senior Property Manager
I would like to leave a very positive review for Centrick, specifically for Mohammed Islam – Senior Property Manager, who has been the only person to genuinely take ownership of my case.
After months of unanswered emails, unclear figures, and ongoing confusion regarding my service charges, Mohammed stepped in and handled everything with professionalism, patience, and real care. He reviewed my account thoroughly, communicated clearly, and finally provided the clarity I had been trying to obtain since last year.
He also resolved the unexplained admin fee without delay, which I truly appreciate.
To be honest, except for Mohammed, no one else ever took responsibility for my case. He is the first person who actually followed up properly, responded promptly, and showed a genuine willingness to help. His support has made a huge difference after such a long and frustrating experience.

Useless at updating their records
This company keeps sending me bills for a property we have not owned since October 2023. We have informed them and their equally useless predecessors of the above fact but they don't take any notice.
One day later.... they have apologised and asked for my details via TrustPilot. I have sent several emails to their email address but have never received a reply so why should I send more details of my email address to another party?
But here is one instance of an auto-reply I got from them in June:-

So posting another review as maybe I…
So posting another review as maybe I might get some response.
This time centrick has sent all my billing details to the previous owner. Ive sent an email to their dpo and to all the emails now i can find and as usual radio silence.
Ill see if they respond.... not hopeful. At which point as they are leaking private information maybe I will be going to the ico for non compliance of GDPR. Maybe i'll get an answer, maybe i wont who knows, I'll update here if there is anything more than their stock trustpilot response. Again not hopeful.
Update: Forwarded the forwarded email - 02/07/2026 10:33 UTC - Received OOO from their DPO as copied her directly.
Update: So after 03/07/2026 - So they came back and supplied some information on previous requests and asked for more information.
Update: 20/07/2026 - Still no adequate response to the data breach, they have sent me an email telling me they are routing my email to someone else. At this point i still have no hope. It would appear Data breaches are taken very lightly at Centrick, be careful of your personal information folks.

Lack of response and transparency. I have to choose a specific date of experience but this goes over a years worth
We have been trying to get a response from Centrick regarding our insurance calculation for over a year now with little to no response. As a direct result of the queries, our account is showing as overdue. Instead of responding, they have instead instructed solicitors to collect which has in turn come with additional costs and penalties. There is no transparency in anything they are doing and treat radio silence as a response.

Never answer or reply to anything
We have been trying to sort out a direct debit with this useless company. They ignore emails, and their finance dept don't pick up the phone. Anyone who answers Don't help. But they say we are overdue on our payments to them, how can we pay them when they don't bother to get back to us.
Their online portal is even worse, they answer you with the excuse that someone else will get back to us, then silence...
This company should not be in operation, as they are useless

Rogue Company
Customer Ref: PLC - 003 - 003A
Incompetent and bullying company, threatening an 80 year old female pensioner, sending threatening bailiffs letters, when she doesn't owe anything.
They previously claimed they had not recieved a cheque, which when we checked with the bank we proved they had already cashed it.
Despicable who should be closed down for illegal practises.
Being charged for hedge cutting, which there isn't any.
Maintenance of street lighting, which there isn't any.
Weeding, which they hardly ever do, and they just pull them out, leaving the roots in, instead of digging them out.
Checking the estate for any damage.
We have loose slabs that are a trip hazard.
I'm here all the time, and watch them. They never go around checking the estate.
Never return emails or phonecalls.
Disgraceful communication.
They dont want to engage with customers, apart from sending them threatening letters.
Have made a complaint to the Property Ombudsman for them to be investigated.
Will also be contacting my MP.
Not surprised they have so many 1 star negatives reviews.
If your buying a new build property make sure this company isn't the maintanance company.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Provide little to no services and in the middle of a dispute over charges they escalate repayments using predatory and threatening CDER company. Do not respond to emails. Complaints email doesn’t work. Shameful practices are commonplace here. They have been reported to the Property Ombudsman.

Unlawful fees and subsequent threats of forfeiture and debt recovery
This is yet again a repeat of a prior complaint of unlawful tenancy fees which Centrick have previously acknowledged were raised in error.
Centrick have sought to unlawfully charge me hundreds of pounds by way management and inspections fees which they are not entitled to recover under the terms of my lease. Further, they have failed despite request to provide any evidence of such assessments or surveys ever having taken place.
In January 2025, Centrick finally conceded that they were not entitled to recover such costs and they were removed.
However, I have since encountered the same issue again, with further unverified charge of £120 being levied, with two subsequent late payment letters (with associated charges) and now a threat of debt recovery.
I am being ignored by Centrick.
For anyone considering, avoid this company.

Very poor management of the block that…
Very poor management of the block that I've lived in for 12 years. The accounts department don't seem to be very good with figures at all. Huge price increase this year of 34% which is apparently due to no reserve fund left at all. Continual main door/intercom issues. Lack of response on the portal. Overall poor communication via the portal and phone. They've only been maintaining for 4 years and look at the shambles they've made of it. They seem to have forgotten they work on our behalf not the other way round. Ombudsman enquiry needed.

This whole company are a complete joke
This whole company are a complete joke. They ignore emails, they ignore payments that have been made and then send you threatening letters because they can’t be bothered to do their jobs. They are time wasters and money grabbers. Let’s not ignore the fact there is a cost of living crisis and they still can’t use their one brain cell to effectively do their jobs.
Absolute disgrace and if I don’t receive a reply to my complaint I will be getting the ombudsman involved.
