Extremely recommend central paints

I ordered paint for respraying my bumper after a bash. I used their "enter your registration" system so I could get the correct match for my car so didn't have to worry about it being incorrect. Unfortunately the paint I received was indeed wrong and no where close to matching the existing paintwork.

I emailed to tell them the paint was the wrong colour and since I was now behind schedule I'd just like a refund for the wrong paint being sent and was told I would not get a refund!! due to it being specifically made for my order.
Regardless if it was made for the order or not it was still very much the wrong colour!

Emails back and forth may of been of a nice nature but the lack of human decency to realise you've made a mistake, you've given a customer the wrong paint and refusing to give them a refund is disgusting!

Update as of 13/01/25. I have been offered a refund for the above. Have updated the star rating from 1 to 3 as I still feel this should of been a very simple refund when the mistake was found

Speedy service and quick no cost delivery, unfortunately the colour match was way way off.
I had to buy from my local auto paint supplier, shame I wanted to give Central a go because of it's excellent reviews.

A really quick service and the paint colour was a perfect match for my VW. I had a paint chip on the bonnet so bought primer, paint and lacquer. It was easy to use and it is now impossible to see where the paint chip was.

Ordered a tin of touch up paint for my car, which didn't arrive, (which can happen) but when I enquired it's whereabouts, the customer service didn't want to know, insisting it had been delivered, and to take it up with my credit card company, in the end I chased the courier, who in fact hadn't delivered it at all, CP customer service is well below par, do your self a favor and shop elsewhere.

Professional company, offering good quality products. I had issue with the courier losing some items but Central paints re-issued the lost items the next working day.
