Central Joinery Group Anmeldelser

Living in an 18th century property has its drawbacks so needing a new staircase in the cottage we decided to go local. Best decision ever. Professional service and excellent team of installers made light work of what could have been a real headache.

Great price,products and service.
Highly recommend central joinery

Product and price was very good . Customer service excellent - we had parts missing and wrong sizes , but this was quickly put right .

Lack of communication between sales and client very poor resulting in client continously chasing. Then lack of communication between accounts and sales. All just very tedious and not good customer care.
All got sorted in the end although product not 'spot on'. Disappointing service.

Hi we have a building company and been using central joinery for way over ten years
They are professional, reliable and the quality is second to none

Fantastic product and excellent customer service. Richard installer went over and above to get the details correct and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

Excellent , from survey and advice to supply , great communication.

The stairs are wonderful and were delivered on time - my only criticism was the updates after the order... I had to chase for updates where as before the comms was quite good. I can not fault the product though, the stairs are beautifully made.

Excellent job very professional could not be happier

I have used Central Joinery for about 15 years . Always spot on the stairs.
And would recommend 👌

Good service from start to finish, could not fault in any way

Came round and measured up for a refurb on set of stairs to put glass panels and new base rails , fit perfect and everything supplied that was needed, customer was very happy even with a slight mark on the 1 of the pieces which they came round and sorted out

Vince measured up and delivered at short notice and they fitted like a glove !!

Richard came to do the site survey for the replacement of the existing stairs handrails and spindles, the quotation arrived very quickly and we confirmed that we wished to proceed with the work so payment of the 50% deposit was sent.

Richard came to do the work and has made a fantastic job, I would highly recommend that you ask for him.

The Downside.
Having to pay the remaining 50% before any work commenced which only because I was recommended to the company by a builder friend of mine who has always used Central Joinery for the new build houses that he builds that I was happy to pay, generally after the initial 50% payment I would have expected to have to pay a further 40% of the remainder leaving 10% to pay upon completion.

Overall I would highly recommend Central Joinery and Richard.

Great service

Very happy with this company. Provided good advice. Thanks Ken.
Great install service too.

Good support from initial enquiry through to delivery. Product as described and cut slightly large as agreed, for local trimming and fitting.
Delivery well organised and efficient.
All round, good experience.

The stairs ordered are excellent quality, and look really good. There were issues with the timing of the construction, but the company dealt with these as well as was possible, and added additional value items as compensation. All in all a good process.
