Great customer service, placed order for new unit and received a call straight away to make sure I had ordered the right can bus adapter to go with it. Delivery was quick and unit looks great in camper van now. Will definitely be going back to order the rear camera to go with it.

Absolutely brilliant customer service.
I thought I needed to install some new hardware into my Mini to get Apple CarPlay but after I sent in the requested photos, I was advised I just needed a software update and directed to someone who could help me with that.
They could have got me to take my car in, charge for a consultation, etc. but did this all free of charge.
And the company they re-directed me to were equally helpful and managed to get me set up without any extra modifications at all!

Your customer service is terrible. I bought this product, and when I unpacked it, I found that it was not compatible with my car. I returned it, but I was told that since I had unpacked it and touched the item, you could not issue a refund. Compare your customer service to other stores — I will never buy anything from you again

Found CEN whilst looking for a supplier of the speakers I needed for my van. From my intial phone call to visiting them for installation, my experience was excellent.

Sean and his staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond as not only did they install my new speakers, they uncovered another issue that was my fault and fixed it whilst carrying out the other works.

Both the fitters were great to talk to, and showed me how to get the best out of my current head unit and speakers, along with advice on how to improve the sound going forward.

I’ll definitely be going back and recommend anyone to give them a try.

I want to give my 110% positive recommendation to CEN. I love cars, and I love car audio, but I find the majority of car audio dealers to be shady and not good for their promises. Sean (the sales director) and his team at CEN have been unbelievably helpful and accommodating to me as a customer. When some of their competitors left me high and dry, Sean stepped in (on a Saturday) and helped me get the right replacement Focal speakers for my Mercedes. Exceptionally good service. Thank you.

Met Sean Chadburn on CEN’s stand at the Practical Classics car show at the NEC and immediately got the impression this company sells quality product and ‘knows its stuff’.
Decided on a Retrosound unit which would suit my 1994 MGRV8, together with 6 new speakers and an electric aerial.
Time goes by and fitting was yesterday. On arrival at 7:30 I asked if bonnet and boot floor sound deadening could be added, in addition to the standard fit door deadening. Yes, of course i was told.
The excellent and super friendly Jason worked on the car all day.
On testing it was found the short aerial was slightly inadequate so another hour was spent fitting a longer item. Everything was no problem - the aim was to get the best sound from the system.
I am totally satisfied with the service from this very professional and friendly company and I intend to use CEN to replace the radio and speakers in my 45 year old Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 11.
