I ordered a Car play unit from the website. Money was taken from my account and I received a receipt. A day or two later I get an email saying they have sold out of these units and "would I like to take up this super offer of another unit for only an extra £100 more". I have a budget which is why I ordered that unit from you, not a more expensive one.
Why did you process my order when you were out of stock? That shouldn't happen, should it?! Forgive me for being cynical but this stinks of an underhand up-sell. I'll not be back and will not recommend. Very disappointing experience.

Great discount to start off - saved me taking a chance on a FaceBay Kenwood underseat subwoofer.

Ordering was easy and before I could blink, the thing was dispatched - seamless transaction from end to end.

Absolutely awful. Bought from an ad on their site saying repackaged in plain box due to box being damaged. It was discounted by £50 so thought it was a little bargain. I rang up after a week to see where it was as it also said free 2-3 day postage. They told me the order had been voided by them and I’d get a call back. I got a call back today they had none in stock so I questioned this as the. Advert said in stock and just repackaged. It turns out that they sell used units and test they work before putting in a plain box and sending out. These only come with 28 day warranty too. As I was not aware of this, I cancelled the order and requested a refund and a call from the manager.
Then got a notification saying dispatched and dpd delivering next day! I called and asked what’s going on and they said I need to refuse delivery and when they get it back they will refund me! More waiting for my money to be returned. I am still waiting for a call back from the manager and the ad has now been removed from the website so they clearly knew it was misleading.

I ordered a specific car audio fascia kit, the parcel arrived in good time. Unfortunately the package contained the wrong 9 " fascia. When I spoke to the person who answered the phone he told me to email the problem. I've done that and no reply, in fact the only contact is this review. Which I'll happily rewrite assuming the issue is sorted.

The website recognised that vat shouldn’t be charged to Guernsey residents and at checkout it stated it had been automatically removed. However, it wasn’t removed and I was charged. I queried this and was told it couldn’t be removed. On the plus side, the stereo arrived quickly and is great.

After nearly two weeks of complaining and asking for either a refund or a replacement item, I am still without money or goods. The customer support I am receiving is a joke. I will continue to update my experience but it looks like I have been robbed by yet another on line business.

I purchased a Pioneer navigation system with a 5% off voucher. 24 Hours later the order was cancelled and refund provided. The reason was supposedly no stock. The website was still showing 2 in stock. You don't have to be Poirot to work out that they didn't want to sell it at the lower price.
