Really happy with the water treatment…
Really happy with the water treatment installation and the service provided by Rachel. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated that she presented us with different installation options and helped us understand which solution would work best for our needs.

Product is good but after sales service…
Product is good but after sales service is very very poor. My Waterpurifier was not working and they told me that I have to replace some of its parts and these are not available. Attempted to call so many times and offered call back number of times. Nothing happened. Still not working. Vary poor after sales.

My service was due in may but ye…
My service was due in may but ye cancelled on two occasions.Service not completed until end of September.I think since Culligan took over service not as good as before..I now find water leaking from drinking water tap after the service.

The technician was very helpful
The technician was very helpful. It's the cost. The visit cost me €270, and i did'nt get any filters changed in the RO unit.

Work was fine but customer service infuriating
The work carried out was fine but the constant bombardment of calls and emails for the last few weeks trying to get me to arrange service was infuriating.
Also having paid in advance for the service you seem to have lost details of the payment and I'm still being asked for it.

I already sent an email asking for a call back regarding my service yesterday I have severe issue I want to talk to service manager about.. your so called service visit that I pay for took your engineer a grand total of 13 minutes from door arrival to departure ... I am awaiting your response!

Second time already they told your…
Second time already they told your order was lost , last time I was waiting 8weeks for salt delivery. This time 2weeks where supposed to be up to 5 days, for 20 euro delivery I got one massive wooden pallet and salt was stacked on it they didn't take that pallet back and one bag of salt was broken when I lift it I spill over well done culligan , worst company ever customer service not responding to your emails, when you calling they not accepting your complains they telling you have to send complain to email but that email is not responsive

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Not recommended.
1st service since installed a year ago. Still haven't addressed an issue outstanding since the install. Service guy was here for a short time. €180 for a service but no report supplied to indicate what was done or checked or if the water salinity is correct.
Emails to Customer Service for both the outstanding issue and a service report have been ignored.
Living in a very hard water area I will not be recommending Culligan to family and friends who are looking for a water softener.
