Second time already they told your…
Second time already they told your order was lost , last time I was waiting 8weeks for salt delivery. This time 2weeks where supposed to be up to 5 days, for 20 euro delivery I got one massive wooden pallet and salt was stacked on it they didn't take that pallet back and one bag of salt was broken when I lift it I spill over well done culligan , worst company ever customer service not responding to your emails, when you calling they not accepting your complains they telling you have to send complain to email but that email is not responsive

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Not recommended.
1st service since installed a year ago. Still haven't addressed an issue outstanding since the install. Service guy was here for a short time. €180 for a service but no report supplied to indicate what was done or checked or if the water salinity is correct.
Emails to Customer Service for both the outstanding issue and a service report have been ignored.
Living in a very hard water area I will not be recommending Culligan to family and friends who are looking for a water softener.

Took a week and a half for my order to…
Took a week and a half for my order to arrive with no communications, then the delivery driver dumped my order on the pavement up the road and away from my house without notice. Poor service

Arrangements were easy to make
Arrangements were easy to make, everything went smoothly. Engineer turned up on time, got our water softener serviced, was very pleasant etc. Only minor thing would be €140 for such a short, routine service is a bit expensive I think.
