I requested a certificate urgently for…
I requested a certificate urgently for the service to have for an Audit. That was not forthcoming. I asked to be invoiced a certain way that was ignored.
So a fail this time folks.
Not acceptable to ignore a customer's requirements.

Efficient service
I was given a day, but no time... Ended up waiting until very late in the day before someone turned up.
The guy that came was very efficient, in and out in less than 30 minutes.
System works perfectly after the service, even though it was working perfectly before the service too. but noice to get the filters changed out...

Excellent customer service, from initial phonecall to make appointment, got next working day. Engineer gave plenty of notice and did an excellent job.

I just paid for the service. Nothing else happened. It would be good to have a way of booking the service online. I did like that you emailed a reminder to do the maintenance, though.
