I called your office 4 times to arrange a service I was told I would get a call back to arrange appointment for service eventually on thr 4 th occasion I got a date not a time frame a date very poor customer service

Service was carried out efficiently thank you.
One complaint - we had no idea what time the serviceman would call so it meant someone having to stay in the house for the day. We eventually got a phone call at 16.15 to say serviceman on the way. It would help if prior notice could be given for am or pm.

No technician turned up for my initial appointment
No technician turned up for my initially arranged service appointment and I received no message/contact that it had been cancelled. I had to contact Culligans to arrange another date .

I feel the customer service needs…
I feel the customer service needs improvement, I have said I’m not available until after 3 on numerous occasions and make my appointment then the morning if my appointment get a message from the technician to say he will be with me in the morning, this has happened more than once and then I need to get back on to book another appointment it’s just to change a water filter which takes 5 mins but the effort the office does not seem to be letting the guys doing the work know I’ve requested an appointment after 3. I’ve also had appointments cancelled last minute and no shows very frustrating. No issues with the job once it finally gets done and all the guys that have been to my house have been very professional and nice.

The salt came quickly however I note it…
The salt came quickly however I note it came on a large wooden pallet which is impractical for a retail client. I’ve now no way of easily disposing of it. Also two of the bags were burst on nails in the pallet
