Water device arrived very quickly and appears to do the job. A clever design.

Maybe 4 stars is a bit tough because this is really good quality kit. The tank feels like it will see me out and the P3 downpipe diverter is really solid and well made - a world away from the flimsy standard diverters that clog up in no time.
I had to install the tank about 2.5 metres from the downpipes so ordered some of the black flexible pipe which is designed to bridge the gap. The website was a bit unclear, but I understood that if I ordered 3 x 1 metre lengths I would get a single 3 metre length, but no - three 1 metre lengths turned up, each with it's own push-fit connector, so I was able to join them together with the aid of some hose clips. Again, the pipe, and the connectors, are much more solid than I'd expected, so 5 stars for quality.

The item is of good quality, was packed well and I was phoned the day before delivery to confirm I would be at home to receive it.
The price of this item online was the most competitive one available and the number of good reviews Celtic Water has was most encouraging.
Delivery time was much quicker than I expected, which was pleasing. I would recommend your firm to others.

I purchased a leaf remover from Celtic water a few months back : absolutely wonderful. I have a lot of trees and this is the first year I haven’t needed to clear the gutters out on my veranda : as fast as I know this is the ONLY piece of kit which does this (most just collect on a grid) this actually removes the leaves

We've bought our third Tuscan water butt, and they are excellent for use as dipping tanks. They're much faster than filling up watering cans. Just like previous times, the ordering process and customer service were consistently great. Many thanks!

The diverter works well but was tricky to install,Our down
pipe is 110mm the lower connection fitted well, but the top is very tight and we needed to remove some material.
