I am 73 years old and have sparse eyelashes. I purchased a mascara and I’m happy with the application.
I remove all make up before going to bed and have found the mascara very difficult to remove, although I have followed all the recommendations for removal

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We completely understand your concern. For gentler removal, you may want to try our Hydrating Make-Up Remover, available on our website. It was designed to help break down the mascara without excessive rubbing or tugging.
It also helps to hold a saturated cotton pad on closed eyes for about 15–20 seconds before gently wiping downward rather than rubbing back and forth.
After removal, rinsing with lukewarm water and applying a little eye cream or nourishing oil around the eye area can help keep lashes and skin feeling comfortable. You can also find a gentle mascara removal guide on our website. 🙏

Far & Away the Best Mascara for Mature Lashes!

Mascara product is great. Website isn't. Tried without success to take advantage of offers. I wanted free shipping but when I added products to qualify, it still failed to honor free shipping. Customer service asked me to do additional tasks which I was unable to do, requested screen shots and more information even after I provided a wealth of information. I regularly place on line orders wthout issue. Your website needs revision to keep your customers. Frustrating to apply offers and not receive them. C.

I do really love the look of this…
I do really love the look of this mascara. My only concern is that it is not as easy to move as advertised.
UPDATE: Cellmetics responded to my concern. Turns out I need to use an oil-based remover. Voila! It comes off after sitting on my lashes 20 seconds or less. No rubbing. Just wiped my lashes downward. I'm so glad I let them know the miscellar water wasn't removing the mascara.

This mascara is like putting tar on…
This mascara is like putting tar on your lashes. Yes, it lasts all day but is impossible to remove without pulling out half of your lashes. My lashes are sparse and fragile… now they are sparser. I have reached out to Cellmetics twice for a refund and have not heard back from them. Very disappointed!
