First time with the mascara. So far, so good! Impressed with the product. My eyes get irritated easily in Colorado's dry climate. Particularly when I use mascara on my very short eyelashes.

I really like the mascara
I really like the mascara, except for how difficult it is to remove. I’m concerned that I might damage, or even lose, my eyelashes. Have other users experienced the same issue that I have?

I love the mascara but removing it is a challenge. It doesn't come off with my eye makeup remover and it flakes off in small pieces when I wash my face

Great color
Great color, looks natural. Length is good and doesn't look fake. I'm an older woman who doesn't want to look overly made up. I use makeup to brighten and soften my features. The mascara stays on all day, limited smudging if I rub my eyes during the day. Easy to remove with the hydrating makeup remover.

I am always honest if I am going to…
I am always honest if I am going to take some of my valuable time to leave a rating. I'm an old bird and have come to the near end of my time on this earth. I purchased your Timeless Brown mascara and your Timeless Black mascara. The Brown did what was advertised much to my surprise, and joy! The Black gets a rating of 1. It did what all the other mascara's do for us ladies of a certain age (71), NOT much. I would NOT purchase the Black again, but I may purchase the Brown again. Love what the Brown does for my stubby little lashes!

I couldn't wash it off
I couldn't wash it off! First, I used soap and water. That didn't work. Then I used my moisturizer, similar to cold cream. That didn't work. Then I tried Micellar water, that didn't work. Finally, I got a bottle of mineral oil out of the cabinet and finally was able to get it all off. I won't be wearing it again for that reason alone. Other than that, it was easy to apply, and obviously, didn't wear off or leave smudges under my eyes.

I really like the mascara
I really like the mascara, it doesn't clump at all, the brush is perfect for keeping the lashes separated. It definitely is waterproof but does come off with my face wash and I also use the eye makeup remover.

I am 73 years old and have sparse eyelashes. I purchased a mascara and I’m happy with the application.
I remove all make up before going to bed and have found the mascara very difficult to remove, although I have followed all the recommendations for removal
I am actually afraid to continue using it as it I’m afraid of losing eyelashes

It also helps to hold a saturated cotton pad on closed eyes for about 15–20 seconds before gently wiping downward rather than rubbing back and forth.
After removal, rinsing with lukewarm water and applying a little eye cream or nourishing oil around the eye area can help keep lashes and skin feeling comfortable. You can also find a gentle mascara removal guide on our website. 🙏
