I had my unlock code within 24 hours. No problems here

Ordered an IMEI unlock by email. Not only they couldn't deliver it (even though the product was officially supported) but the supposed refund never came.
Money down the drain. AVOID at all costs.

Unresponsive, won't deliver what you order.

this Cellcorner is a Scam, i paidand nothing delivered.

Ordered and paid. They are NOT responding to their contact page requests. I am not getting any feedback. They appear to be a scam. Good thing I paid with credit card and I can dispute the claim with the credit card company as fraud.

Never got my code. I can say they at least replied to one email, but none after that..

Ordered a code six days ago. Never got it. No reply to my messages. Pretty angry about it.

need to check cancel policy before ordering. it took them 18 days to deliver the unlock code. after writing them to cancel the order on 16th day, they email the code 2 days later saying no cancellation.

Paid for a code that did not arrive after 17 days I asked it to be canceled and refunded and its like trying to contact a ghost

If I could give them no stars I would. Do not use this company!! The description for unlock code states 1 to 7 business days. When the code did not show up within that time frame, I was told by customer service that per the terms of service, it takes 1 to 14 business days. Today is the 14th business day and I received an email that says code not found! WTH??? All they could offer to fix this was refunding my money and wanted me to resubmit a new order. Worst customer service as they do not offer real solutions, cannot track your order and by the answers they provide, do not care one bit about providing good service.

Well that was part of the no response. I was unable to pay following the guidelines on your site. I tried to contact your company to get some help paying. I had to change all my passwords because your site became very suspicious after the no response.

Pathetic customer service, tried to get a code from these morons,they don't keep updated on status ,their biggest excuse is money pending and code pending ,I ask for refund for service not render they denied, cellcorner is a scam beware at your own risk ,I just lost my money to people that don't know what their doing..

Other reviews confirm my experience, i was lucky my transaction failed, this and the irregularities in the purchase, led me to believe they would not deliver the requested item, and delay refund in the hope I would abandon asking, of forget... now they are attempting to remove this post for lack of detail and because i didnt buy (my transaction luckily failed) so others are not warned about it.. BEWARE!!!
