My experience with Kubii was extremely positive. Everything was easy and fast at all times. The shipping was quicker than I expected. I was unlucky that the item I received included a defective screen unit, and even so my experience was a 10. The after-sales team gave me a quick and friendly response (both by email and by phone) from the very first moment, and they did everything possible to ensure that this setback would not delay my project.

Commande passée le 21 décembre 2025, toujours rien reçu au 12 janvier 2026: c'est moi qui doit systématiquement relancer (déjà 2 relances) KUBII, aucun suivi proactif de leur part. Le colis a été pris en charge au Mans le 6 janvier, et toujours pas livré à Laval (1 heure de route) le 12 janver, ceci aurait du mettre la puce à l'oreille de KUBII... J'avais effectué plusieurs achats sur ce site, celui-ci sera le dernier.

Very bad support. I received a broken item that I had to send on my cost (after 3 months of purchase) during the warranty period.
Still after a further 2 months, no reimbursement, no item replacement. They have a lot of excuses, but no real suggestions.
This was my first and last purchase from these guys!

Commandé des produits en France, reçu rapidement et sans problèmes.

Their website advised on getting a CSI cable for connecting touch display to raspberry Pi5 instead of DSI.
I mentionned it to the customer service, asking for my cable to be replaced by the right one.
In bad faith, they corrected their website, and refused the replacement (it's a 2€ cable...)

No compreis nunca desde España, usan una agencia tercermundista llamada "Mondial Relay". Llevo mas de un mes esperando para que el pedido haga 400km. Desde China llega en menos de 7 días

You can only communicate with them via the website and get an answer via a no reply mbx, answering this via the site only causes confusion. The item delivered did not match the order at all (ESP32 WROOM
instead of requested ESP32 ESP-12K) After countless emails, each time the answer is that people are going to look at it.
