This was a new company i tried for fish,the ordering and delivery of my goods was very positive .The products look good i have not tried all yet but what i have tried have been v good i hope this continues ,if it does i will re order.

Amazing delivery service, I wasn’t in they made sure it when to a neighbour who was happy to put it in her fridge.
The quality of the fish is outstanding, great price.

You delivered on the wrong day which means that the parcel was left on our door step. Tuesday instead of Friday.

I CAN BUY BETTER QUALITY FISH ELSEWHERE AND FOR LESS MONEY. I HAVE BEEN BUYING FISH ONLINE FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS AND HAVE TRIED MANY SUPPLIERS.

Lovely fish. Good value.

After 4 days I chased them about my delivery and then it arrived Saturday morning at 8.15 - great.
However the large lobster was not fresh as expected (for the price), it was 420g thawed and from Canada. The lobster was tasteless. No apology received!

Until now, the fish supplied , the customer service and delivery have all been first class and I have reccomended it to many friends. My last order was delivered late: 2pm on a very hot day in an unrefigerated van instead of the usual approx 8am . The fish was almost defrosted and , whilst it was refrozen by me on receipt, I am unsure whether it is safe to eat.
I responded by email to the carrier ( APC) immediately on receipt ( the same afternoon) with the basics of the above but have had no response.
I am sorry but feel unwilling to order again from Marrfish who supplied us faultlessly over many years

It was for a special person on a special day and she loves Cromber crab so it was defreeze 1 and 3 in the freezer. Tucked away for her future delight. None for me. It keeps her very happy.

Delivery was great - went above and beyond and delicious crab. All round excellent experience.

Great Customer Service. Sent an email to their contact@ address and within 24hrs the email was answered and the enquiry fixed.
The delivery driver was extremely courteous, which makes dealing with this company an all round great experience.

The fish is not fresh, it is frozen. This makes no sense, as the fish could have been caught months ago.
