Great customer service
I bought a catit pixi water fountain off Amazon (love it)(my cats are less enthusiastic but coming around) ...Anyway I lost a vital piece of it when I was moving home (silicon tube) and couldn't get customer support through Amazon. I contacted them directly and dealt with a gent named Jonathan who responded to me quickly and was very helpful, I had asked to purchase a spare part but he did his best to send me the part without charge and even threw in a few samples, which I might add one was a catit food sample which my cats also loved.

Unfortunately, one of my cats chewed the rubber connector for my Catit water fountain. Amy was super helpful and helped locate a piece they had in the warehouse and sent this to me along with some treats for the cats! Am always happy with the quality of Catit products and customer service and will continue to buy directly from them in the future

Fantastic customer service
My cat loves her PIXI water fountain, but I couldn’t find the spout. I emailed customer services and Jonathan said that he’d send a replacement, free of charge.
The spout arrived today, 48 hours after I emailed them, complete with some tasty treats for my cat. Thank you so much.
Not worth the money
Bought a cat tree and one of the scratching posts started coming to bits after three months. I contacted customer service and they did replace the part for free but also suggested getting my cat’s claws trimmed! This was never an issue with our previous cat tree from pets at home which we had for two years. Now three more posts have fell to pieces had it less than 6 months.
Fantastic service
Recently bought a Catit PIXI water fountain via Amazon. Unfortunately there was a small silicone tube missing. I emailed Amazon three times with only one response telling me they couldn't wait to assist me (they never did). Decided to email Catit directly which I'm so glad I did. Jonathan replied quickly and said he would send me the missing part. I'm delighted to say the missing part was delivered the following day along with some cat treats to keep my cat happy, which was a lovely gesture. The water fountain is working well, my cat is happy and I am happy to recommend the water fountain as well as the first class service from Jonathan at Catit.

PIXI Smart Drinking Fountain.

Avoid this "Smart" fountain, it is not worth the money.
I already have an original Pixie Fountain which is fine, just refill every week with water, clean and changer filter once a month.
However, with the new "Smart Fountain" the inlet on the pump gets blocked within 5/6 days, and the water slows to a dribble, you have to strip,down the pump every time for cleaning.
This does not happen with the old Fountain, so I can only put it down to the UV light system.
Avoid - can't even manage their subscriptions properly
Despite having a cat litter subscription, the product I needed went out of stock and I was not notified until THE MORNING OF THE DELIVERY DATE. Now I'm in a situation where I have no litter as I was expecting a delivery today. Called customer services who promised to call me back to tell me whether the litter was being delivered or not today. No call back, had to faff around calling back myself and they've left a sufficient amount of time between communication that now my Amazon earliest delivery is no longer tomorrow but in 3 days time. Great, thanks a lot. Won't be ordering anything more from Catit. What a joke of a company. You do not work out that your stock is low the DAY OF a delivery, you should have prior planning to ensure that your subscription customers are notified in a timely manner or are provided for as priority.

Fabulous product and even better customer service
I bought the Catit Pixie Spinner and my cat loved it. However, I had to dismantle it to stop the cat trying to play with it at times when I did not want him to. Due to this, the spinner wand became lost. When I contacted Catit customer services, they told me they did not sell it as a spare part. However, they did happily send me two replacement wands, free of charge which came within two days along with a bag of Catit treats - which my cat also loved. That is fabulous customer service supporting a great product.
OK product, WORST customer service
I have bought the Catit Fountain, which failed after 6 months.
Upon contact with Catit customer service, they attitude was appalling, suggesting me to get in touch with Citizens Advice and refusing to resolve the issue under warranty.

Water Fountain wouldn't connect no refund
Water Fountain wouldn't connect. Sent it back. Still haven't received my refund & had to open a PayPal claim. Absolute joke. Would never purchase from this company again.
Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. My cats love the biscuits and the food. Really couldn’t praise them enough. I have the smart pixi feeder and the water fountains and wouldn’t get my cat stuff anywhere else. I can’t commend the customer service enough.
Bad service for “high-end” cat products
Nice looking products, but REALLY slow customer service. We had an issue with installation, rang them twice, left a voicemail, and emailed three times over two week period before getting a response. Granted, it was over the holidays however they were operating as they did send out the product and phone line would let you attempt a phone call (which it didn’t when ringing after opening hours).
Our product itself had a couple of manufacturing stains which is very unfortunate, but our cats seem to be enjoying their new cat tree.

Faulty Smart fountain replaced with no hesitation. Once I had explained the situation a replacement was offered under warranty, and it arrived quickly. Great customer service, thoroughly recommended.

Litter did not clump☹
Catit wood clumping litter did not clump, and created a lot of dust causing my cat to sneeze and scratch ☹...trying to return the product was not the easiest...customer services required photographic evidence🎥, and were reluctant to give me a refund...I had to use strong arm 💪tactics against my better nature...and did get a full refund. I have been pleased with other products from Catit in the past, but this experience will make me think twice about ordering from them again ☹
