Quick efficient response
I order a pixi fountain and it was missing a part I contacted catit and I got a very quick response and my issue was dealt with I also received cat treat as good gesture which my cat enjoyed very much .

Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a car drinking fountain some time ago. My cats liked it but unfortunately after about a year the pump failed.
I contacted Catit and was sent a replacement pump very quickly. They also sent some complimentary cat treats.

Good products and customer care!
We are Catit customers since 2020 and we regularly shop there. This was the first time there was a small issue with the order and Mike helped resolving the issue quickly. We are always happy with the products, they treat customers very well, and the orders are always prompt and delivered with care. When I had questions about the Catit Mouse Camera they were nice and really helpful. It is good we can rely on them and we will definitely stick with them. Thank you Catit UK Team!

Rude and unwilling to accept their product is flawed
I bought my cat the Senses 2.0 feeder as she had worked out how to get food out of her previous feeder too fast. When I searched for a replacement I initially found the original senses feeder, I then saw the 2.0 which Catit claim has been redesigned to prevent topping and cats reaching in the top and cheating.
Well, it took my cat, who's not the smartest cat, 5 minutes to work out how to use the feeder as Catit intended and a further 5 minutes to realise the hole in the top is big enough to get her paw in and pull the feeder over and get all the food out. I contacted Catit UK customer service and informed them of this flaw in their design. I then received a rude email back from Mike Kelly, customer service supervisor, blaming me and my cat for using the feeder incorrectly, saying the feeder was not intended for large amounts of food and I should put other food out for my cat too. However, none of the advertising and marketing literature I saw from Catit says it is only for treats and it is marketed as a slow feeder, I replied to Mike Kelly's email informing him of this and how quickly my cat had worked out the design flaw in the feeder and that i was only putting 25g of food in, not a large amount as he claimed, so far he has not seen fit to reply. I definitely will not be buying any more Catit products and certainly would not recommend them to anyone else.

Mike is the rudest “customer services supervisor” I’ve ever known! Their products are great, when they work. I purchased a water fountain less than 2 months ago, and the pump became faulty. His emails are just rude and demanding. Do this, do that, show me this, show me that, have you done this, I didn’t ask that, I want this. It’s appalling. He seemed to be trying to find every possible excuse for it to not be working, other than the fact it has actually just become faulty. Ended up buying a replacement pump from Amazon myself £5.99 free delivery.
Hi, Terrible Customer service
Hi. I ordered a new cat litter box. I was working a lot and I can't pick up the phone when the driver arrived to my home. After that I didn't recieve the option for pick up in any place. I wrote to Cat It customer service for if I can get a refund and thinking in order one more time same item.
Mike Kelly (terrible customer service) was very rude to me. Saying why I didn't pick up the phone or why I didn't choose other option delivery.
Is the last time I order something from this terrible company (customer service). Is possible she didn't understand the people are working, I don't know if she is working well in her job.
Anyway don't buy from Cat It UK.

Purchased a Jumbo litter Pan for our Cats 2020 side catch on base split, Mike at Catit kindly sent us a replacement at no charge. A few days ago the same thing happened to the base pan in exactly the same place. I contacted Mike and asked could I please purchase a vase replacement as I didn't want to payout for a completely new one. These things should be sturdy. I was told by Mike, we don't send out replacements I'd have to buy a new one. Strange as he sent one out free well two actually but first was for a different pan, I offered to return he said no keep it but it was of no use. I just don't understand ppl. I was willing to pay for a replacement. Disappointed in service also previously registered item on purchase and it was deleted from my Catit account. Apart from this tge item is very useful when not defective.
Atrocious customer service
I bought CatIt Pixi smart water fountain in August last year through Amazon. Today, one of the pins in the pump connector just fell out as I was disassembling the fountain for cleaning. Amazon informed me that they were not the seller of the item, CatIt was. I understand that not all on Amazon comes from Amazon, which is clearly marked in the item description. I reached out to CatIt and was basically fobbed off. In their opinion Amazon should replace the item. Following this logic, if I bought something on eBay, I should turn to eBay for replacement and not the seller. Anyway. CatIt will not replace as they “do not do replacements here”, I requested a replacement pump so, but that was also a no. I have been buying CatIt products for my cattery for a very long time and recommended them to new owners of my kittens. Neither will be a case going forward, alas.
Good quality and service
I have been buying different catit products for 2 years, good quality and maybe more expensive than other brands but for me it's proved worth.
The few times I contacted customer service I had a good response so I am happy with that too

Nuna insect protein with herring.
I have two very beautiful but finicky kittens, the amount of food I have given away, because they have turned their noses up to it is shocking! When I tried this, I was absolutely shocked when my kittens couldn’t eat this quick enough! This is certainly praise indeed! They liked it so much one searched out the packet and I found them walking around the house with the packet in their mouth! If you have a cat that has discerning taste buds, this food is definitely worth a try, and has a lower carbon footprint as an added bonus.
Outstanding service and product
Wish all customer service was this great. Had a gift bought for my cat but unit was faulty. Emailed catit and was promptly remedied. The communication was incredible! Unit returned and a replacement was soon on its way. Along with some treats. Both my cat and I are very happy with the service and the product! Well done to all who helped get it sorted.

Awful customer service
Rarely leave reviews but as a warning to other customers. The customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. They take days to respond and the telephone number listed on their site is never answered. I purchased the jumbo Hooded cat litter box last month and noticed it’s leaking from the front corner. I finally heard back from customer service and their response was dismissive and unhelpful. He implied it was impossible for their little box to leak and offered no further assistance. I am now left with a leaking litter box… not what you’d expect from something new.
I have been a loyal customer of Catit for many years but will not purchase again.

Alright cat fountain but terrible customer service.
Alright cat fountain but terrible customer service, My fountains pump has decreased in strength by a lot so I emailed for a replacement to which they told me its my fault and their products are of the highest quality so its not there fault.
I told them I thoroughly clean it every two weeks to which they just told me the product has a warranty and where i bought it, i said amazon so they just told me to bugger off to amazons customer service, where amazon refunded the whole product.
So thanks for nothing catit, could've just sent me a replacement part under the warranty.

Easy order, great customer service
Ordered the sift litter tray as well as the smart water fountain along with other bits and pieces. Received promptly after 2 days. Had an issue with one of the item but this was sorted within the same day by the brilliant CS Supervisor Mike. Will definitely look into Catit again for future orders! Thanks :)
First class customer service
First class customer service. I have a catit automatic feeder and it’s nearly 1 year old and it easy set up and automatic feeding has changed me and my cats life. However it suddenly stopped working and I contacted catit who responded immediately without question, replaced the whole unit and even chucked in a freebie. Excellent product, excellent service, can’t recommend enough!

Catit water fountain
I had the same experience as other reviewers - LED light in my cat water fountain stopped working. Swiftly replaced by helpful customer services, and fountain working perfectly again. The cat loves the fountain - so much better than a puddle in the garden.
