Castle Megastore Anmeldelser

My wife and I both love shopping at your store and on the website but where we live there isn't a store close by so it makes it very hard to utilize the promos that are in store only especially when there are items that we would like to purchase but can't because they aren't available online.

Great experience each time I go in. Always helpful

I don't usually buy from them, but when there's sales you must buy from them even stuff you just want to try cause others competitors can't beat their price. Also service it great and shipping is discrete and fast. A+++

I was given a gift card. I found out I couldn't use this online.
However, the customer service staff was able to make it into a code I could use online.

My orders have all been accurate, correct, and as advertised. The shipping is very fast, the packaging discreet. I feel comfortable ordering products from Castel Megastore knowing my order will be right and arrived quickly, as promised.

Awesome.....

Loved the help, and variety of toys and clothes!

I work in an area where privacy matters. Any orders I receive packaged discreetly. Product knowledge in the store. Never made to feel like I shouldn't be there Love that the stores are lbriggt and welcoming.

This is the only place in Alaska where we can get the ONLY thing that helps my husband perform to both our satisfactions. Thank you for being here in Anchorage. Please don't ever close this location!

The products are always excellent, if you have questions, the people working in the store are always very helpful, friendly, and full of information!

I have been going there for a couple of years and to seminares on toys they have treated and answered question when i have been there, my women feel comfortable there and that is a plus to me

My experience was great,I had an idea what I was looking for and got a few extras, the store is clean, well lit and not at all creepy to shop at,it was comfortable for the most part, sometimes the employees seem a little pushy to offer constant advice and to show off products....sometimes I like to be left alone while shopping

Great products

I've shopped Castle when I lived in WA and since moving to Guam and not having any decent adult stores, or having purchased poor quality items from other online vendors I decided to see if Castle would deliver anything I ordered to Guam and sure enough they did!!! Castle provides quality products that continues to ensure a healthy, fun and sexy sex life for my husband and me. You can't go wrong with Castle, their prices are worth the quality of their products!

great place to shop, no order mistakes and they aim to please.

I've shopped both online and in the store, and both times it was a great experience. My online purchase was here days early, and the store was clean and welcoming....the staff were polite and helpful, but not overbearing.

Great experience.
