Castle Megastore Anmeldelser

After I had taken my new toy into the shower with me I noticed water had gotten into the insides of the rotator beads. Also water had gotten into the battery area and all of the batteries were wet. So I quickly cleaned and dried everything off left the bottom part open to air out. Haven't taken it back into the shower with me but I had to throw the vibrator away because mildew started to grow around the rotating beads and rust formed from where the batteries got wet... so I'm just kinda upset after one time of being taken in the shower not put under water it would leak and damage.

I love how they keep it on the down low

Amazing how fast I got my product and very discreet

I got exactly what I ordered and it showed up early.

Great prices and products. Super discreet packaging on shipped orders

Was very easy to find exactly what I wanted with a large selection of every kind. Super simple to order and pay. Discreet shipping and affordable shipping directly to house!

Love dealing with Castlemegastore! great service and great prices!!!

my order come fast and neat it is a good store

Like the power, buuutttttt.... It is very loud and distracting

All points of contact were extremely helpful. There was a hiccup in receiving the tracking information at first, but that was promptly fixed. Everything arrived on time, and packed neatly and safely.

a good experience ordering from them

Everything arrived as ordered and on time. Thanks...

Buying in the store my experiences have been great, but I ordered an item and it came broken. To try and return it has been very difficult and I still have a broken product. Wouldn't recommend online ordering.

Within hours of my review I got a response to call with some information on date purchased and such and was shipped a new item. So I change my rating to great product and customer service.

Have visited the local store in two different cities and used the online website as well. Always found the staff and customer service to be outstanding, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will continue to do business and suggest to others.

There are great selections of fun clothing, shoes, rack upon rack of DVDs, more magazines than a horny 16 year old could possibly mess up, a huge variety of things for her (vibrators, dildos, thrusters and even more arcane and wonderful items) sleeves and flashlights by the pound for him, and the couple's toys; simply a wonderful place to spark your imagination or a great place to bring your partner for ideas, toys and exploration. The staff are all knowledgeable and aren't afraid to let you know what works for them or doesnt, or to help guide you to something that'll scratch that itch you have. As long as you're not too shy to ask, they usually have the answers. Friendly, professional and very helpful.

Needed a small vibe to make this Valentine's Day a bit exciting! They delivered

The associate was extremely hepful to inform us on different items so we could get the one that would work the best.

The selection of products and the available stock is severely lacking.

Way over priced and not a great selection. Fleshlight 40$ more than other sites or shops.

Nice vibrator
