We're pleased to offer free UK delivery on all artwork and sculpture orders. We want you to be absolutely happy with your artwork, so we offer a 14 day cooling off period. If, for any reason, you decide it's not for you, we'll either arrange to collect the artwork free of charge or you can drop the artwork into your local gallery.

Excellent Artwork and Installation Service
Tony Church accompanied by Tia from Castle Fine Art installed quite a large Bob Dylan piece. Great care was taken to ensure it was perfectly placed and that we were throughly satisfied with the time spent on making sure the artwork was hung professionally and perfectly to our liking. The team also assisted in the repositioning of existing art work to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the purpose of the installation and the changes it encompassed. Both Tony and Tia were thoughtful and very respectful and we highly recommend their artwork and installation service.

Bath Castle Fine Art Gallery
I've been a customer of Customer Fine Art for over 15 years, and have purchased many pictures from their Bath Gallery. Their staff are fantastic - very friendly, loyal, polite, and helpful.
A few days ago all my pictures were installed in my home by Tony Church, and helped by James from the same gallery. All the pictures now look fantastic on my walls! Tony is a true expert, and he very carefully measured where he placed the pictures. He's a master craftsman and very knowledgeable about framing. This has now inspired me to buy more artwork from Castle Gallery in Bath, they have all become friends over the years, and I must also mention Karen and Peter who work there. They are all stars! Thank you Castle Gallery, you know how to look after your clients!

Exceptional install
Sorry for the delay on my review, my grandmother had bought a piece and had an install the other day with 2 lovely gentlemen, Ryan and Nick, they were polite and so helpful with all her queries and went above and beyond with her install, it was really high up however they still managed to hang it.
10 out of 10, these 2 young men are a credit to the company,

Perfect installation of a large framed artwork!
We have just had a large limited edition print expertly installed by Dan Gaffney from Castle Fine Art. We were highly impressed with the care and attention to detail that Dan put into the measurement and laser levelling to ensure everything was perfect before even drilling the wall for the two heavy duty brackets that the framed picture required. He even checked the frame for fingerprints afterwards! A brilliant job and our new art work looks fantastic. A big thankyou also to CFA colleagues Mary and Charlotte for their support and for answering our many questions!

Overall experience has been excellent. Daniel has been very helpful with my helping me to acquire the art piece i wanted. Plenty of information, and prompt replies to my E-mails. The delivery was on time and the packaging was
robust, so no worries about damage.

Super-helpful Stuart :)
We popped into the York gallery on the off chance of seeing one of the ‘Gone’ series, I’ve had my eye on for a while, in real life. We had no intention of buying one which wasn’t displayed, but were made to feel so comfortable and welcome by Stuart, we left having purchased a Pixie Dust print! The whole process with Stuart was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and patient and didn’t make us feel ‘on edge’ with our art-loving 6 year old (which sadly lots of gallery shops do). We are so happy we chose to step inside Castle Fine Arts yesterday and are so happy Stuart was there to help us choose the perfect art work.
Would highly recommend.

Disapointing experience
Disapointing experience: 8 - week delay and poor communication.
I am deeply disapointed with the service provided by castle fine art Manchester regarding my recent order. While the quality of the art itself is what one would expect, the customer experience was far below professional standards.
My artwork took over eight weeks to arrive. While delays can happen, the primary issue was the total lack of proactive communication. During this two month wait, I recieved very little support or information regarding the status of my order. When I reached out for updates,the response and support were consistently poor and confused.
For a gallery that positions itself as a premium service, the lack of transparency and customer care is unaccepatable. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve the communication protocols for future clients.
I don't know if we are naive, we ordered the lovely framed set of three summer 2025 Paul cornfield prints, and my order was made up of artwork from shop displays from different galleries, they transferred at least one from the Canterbury gallery. Is this the norm for Castle fine art?

Still no response from Castle fine arts, Rachael only seems to respond to 5 star reviews and not to customers who have had problems with poor service.
I guess selling shop soiled art is the norm with this company.
Come on Rachel be polite and respond to your bad service.
