Great products. A good choice of colours and finishes. The 2 large radiators are now installed and look great and give out more than enough heat. Great service too. Delivery went well in spite of the weight of the items.

Great easy transaction from start to finish. We have purchased 2 large radiators from this company. The whole process is easy and everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. We even visited the factory in Scarborough and Filey before making a final decision.
All I would say to potential buyers is plan carefully how you lift from the drop off point to your house. Our first one was so big it came in 2 sections which our plumber then joined together but they are extremely heavy.
As long as you plan this in I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. 5🌟

Mark and the team at Cast Iron Radiators have been incredibly helpful to me with a bathroom radiator that I brought in to the shop for advice on its restoration. They have been amazing, going above and beyond to guide me through the process and the options I had to get it renovated. Thank you very much!

We are currently on our second iteration of radiators due to severe damage incurred on the first round - mainly to do with the paint finish. Astoundingly one of the replacement radiators has turned up with the wrong number of legs so cannot be installed. We now have to wait for the product to be remade before we can finish installation - really poor experience, would never purchase from this company again.

Di fatto mi sono trovato con un pancale scaricato per strada senza alcun preavviso, senza che fossero lasciati i documenti di consegna. A niente sono valse le mie rimostranze in quanto la responsabilità sarebbe secondo la ditta, del corriere. Ma io ho pagato l'azienda per organizzare la spedizione e non ho scelto i corrieri.

In 25 years of home renovations this was the worst supplier. The company also operates under different alias "Column Radiators Ltd", "Crane Radiators Ltd", and "Period Style Limited" all from Filey in Yorkshire. (the latter company has an even worse rating than this). Complete lack of communication, failed several times to keep to time commitments and changed dates at the last minute without notice. Laura Payne was the least helpful rep I ever dealt with and repeatedly misled and failed to understand the most basic technical aspects of plumbing despite insisting she was correct (she was wrong and another rep Mark had to remedy the situation). I catalogued my series of complaints and submitted to the Manager David Messenger who replied saying they would look into the matter. I waited three months and after no reply I followed up but still no reply, four months on. I copied in the owner Graham Jeal and despite having a leadership position in the community (Mayor of Grantham) he ignored any issue and was aware the manager was not dealing with the complaint. So £5,000 paid up front and months of waiting with ever changing delivery dates, this is not the company(ies) you want.

I do not recommend using this company. Unfortunately I can’t comment on the quality of the radiators because I still haven’t received them since I ordered and paid for them 11 weeks ago. I purchased a large number of radiators worth a significant amount of money and was told the lead time was 6-8 weeks, upon placing the order I was told they would be delivered w/c 25th April. I called the week before to check on the day they would be delivered and was told they weren’t ready and wouldn’t be until 20th May, again I had to chase them to check they were going to be delivered as promised but again have been told they are still not ready and they have no idea when they will be.
We have been renovating an old property and had to move out of our previous home at the end of March. I explained when I ordered the radiators the importance of receiving them on time and as quickly as possible as we will be living in rented accommodation until the radiators arrive due to not having any heating in the house and having a newborn baby and 2 year old. We also had to arrange other tradespeople for when the radiators are fitted as we wanted to test them and the heating system prior to plastering some of the ceilings, fitting the cornice and ceiling roses, painting, fitting the flooring and skirting boards etc however they have come and gone. We now risk having to spend thousands undoing work should there be a leak or the pipe centres aren’t exactly what they have quoted to me when they finally arrive and get fitted.
In summary we are homeless and thousands of pounds out of pocket due to this company. I have asked for management to call me back but they don’t and I still don’t have a date for when the radiators will arrive. It is with sadness that I have to write this review as the office staff have been very helpful and polite but I desperately need the radiators and this is causing me a huge amount of stress. Avoid this company at all costs.

This company does not care about customers. On two separate occasions the radiators - which are excellent - have been delivered weeks after they were due. The first one was then damaged. This is not Covid related. They consistently give false promises that they break. When i complained an excellent customer service last politely replied but solved nothing. She said she would take it to the MD. He has shown no interest. No apology or explanation. Both times they have had significant negative impact on my building projects. I would never use them again or recommend them to you.

Very impressive rads, nice fittings on them - exude quality.

Be vary wary.. I would describe the 'polished sterling silver finish as a 'butchers job' First they lost my order, finally arrived after 6 weeks and I feel absolutely sick at the finish, they must have taken a grinding wheel to it to remove the majority of the casting detail as they have.

My email to them:I am absoultely shocked at the appalling workmanship and slovenly finish to what should have been a beautiful radiator. To have spent £180 for you guys to butchered the detailing on the radiator defies belief.

Absolutely horrified at the workmanship of the finish. The only small mercy is that the reverse of the radiator hasn't been massacred and I will invest some time to do the job justice.

Thank you for your images, I understand you are unhappy with the finish - however, the way we achieve a polished finish is to use a buffing wheel which would be the reason for a few of the millimetres being less prominent that the other parts.

There is no other way for us to buff the radiator section back to bare metal, if you would like to return the radiators - you are more than welcome to do so. Please do let me know, and I can send over our terms for returning the radiators

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately there is a significant contradiction in your explaination for the removal of 'a few millimetres' of cast iron as a buffing wheel wouldn't and neither would a polishing head (if the appropriate head and grit were selected). So your very strange defence of 'no other way' is not correct and for £180 I expect a decent job to be done, not a 20-30min butcher job with a grinding wheel!

For your information in some areas 3.73mm has been removed - wow!!!!!!!! 3.73mm of cast iron, that seriously takes some doing and in many areas has rendered the casting detail to 1mm or less (actually in several places it is completely missing which is astonishingly neglient workmanship at best).

I will not be returning the radiator as I'm familiar with your terms and conditions as that was the first place I looked when I was recovering from my shock at seeing the dire workmanship. Nor will I be using your product or services when it comes to installing radiators in the rest of the house when the remaining renovations are completed, I've never been so relieved at 'testing out' a company first before going the whole hog.

Very dissatisfied with the service I have received so far from Cast Iron Radiators LTD. Having placed an online order 2 weeks ago. I have just been told that delivery won't be for another 2 weeks due to low stock. This should have been displayed at point of purchase. I have had to constantly chase for updates. Being told one day that the delivery was imminent to then being told that they were still awaiting stock.

I have incurred extra plumbing costs due to the delay. I would avoid in future or at least order 2 months in advance to be on the safe side.

Not installed yet, but the service was excellent with first class communication on selection, progress of manufacture and delivery to our requirements. What's not to like?!
