Absolutely love this water heater, no more waiting for the kettle to boil, was surprised how quickly it dispensed the hot water for tea and coffee, lovely design, would highly recommend.

Love it. Just love it …
This is the best hot water dispenser I have cone across as this is my 3rd.
The only issue I have is the Lid very flimsy if you was to drop it. I think it would possibly crack. Love the function buttons on it. Even though I always use the 100% settings. Very easy to use and looks very nice and neat on my worktop.

Terrible aftersales
Purchased caso hot water Dispenser and left a 5 star review. I wish I could retract this as the aftersales were appauling. I returned Dispenser as fail to heat water after a few days. I returned item and waited 15 days for a refund and after emailing Caso twice then received a partial refund as they disputed that I returned the filters. Luckily, I had photographic proof of my return and also DPD picture showing 2 items, I then received the remaining refund but no apology. Hopefully other customers won't be treated as badly as me. Was going to purchase another but won't bother due to terrible aftersales.

I can only apologise for your refund falling outside of the 14 days. As an explanation, November - December are our busiest months and we have thousands of parcels in and out of our building and in turn can cause delays. I am glad that this was refunded and we located the missing filters and also refunded them. We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and again apologise if this has fallen short of our customers expectations.

Nice website and good clear pictures and description of the item. It was easy to place an order and the item was delivered the next morning!! I really cannot fault anything about the website, ordering or delivery and I was also able to pay over three months via PayPal.

Thoroughly recommend Caso Water heater
Excellent product at a good price. A good size- doesn’t take much more space on worktop than a kettle. Good design and easy to operate. Well packaged. Quick delivery and left in a safe place as we were out.

The replacement machine was executed…
The replacement machine was executed perfectly. My issue was the machine. Initially I set the machine at 250ml & it filled the cup perfectly. After 3 months it started coming two thirds up the cup so more like 200ml. So I increased it to 300mm & now it fills to the brim & spills when I move it. This machine is meant to make life easier. I'm thinking of putting it away & getting the kettle out, less complicated. All I want is 250ml of water at 100°, that's it. This machine can't do that
