Absolutely love this water heater, no more waiting for the kettle to boil, was surprised how quickly it dispensed the hot water for tea and coffee, lovely design, would highly recommend.

Love the Caso water heater
Love the Caso water heater, much quicker than a kettle. Finding it more difficult to hold a kettle as I get older, and dangerous with boiling water in it. The delivery was next day, excellent service!

Very happy with my CASO product
Was originally looking at a different brand but it was very expensive for less items. The German engineering and price and the fact that there were more receptacles convinced us to buy CASO. Very happy so far.

Well-designed machine
Fast delivery. Seems to be a well designed microwave. Flatbed design is a winner, and the Micro+Grill function makes cooking burgers or sausages easier. The microwave cooks, and the grill chars the surface.
The interior is stainless steel, which I hope bodes well for longevity, but only time will tell.
I wish the quick start and stop buttons were bigger than the other buttons to speed up instinctive operation, but nothing is perfect. Still a 5 star for me based on my experience so far.

Caso HW 770 Turbo Hot Water Dispenser
I took the opportunity of a seasonal discount from Caso to upgrade my hot water dispenser and must say that the Caso HW 770 Turbo has been a revelation. I have been using it for two weeks now.
It looks very sleek and the build quality is excellent. It's digital display is really clear and the customisable options for hot water and volumes spot on. It is very quiet compared to my older one and was a simple 'plug and play' to set up.
Overall, a fantastic product and one that I would highly recommend

Works very well and reasonably priced.
After considerable searching, the Caso HW 770 Advanced ticked all the boxes. I purchased directly from Caso with a very good discount thrown in. Delivery was within a couple of days and so far the machine has at least met expectations and more. It is rapid, easy and intuitive to use. The removable tank makes cleaning and maintenance a breeze. If I had one criticism, it would be nice to have the drip tray have several height positions to accommodate different cup sizes. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and happy to recommend this model.

Claimed item was handed to DPD
Claimed item was handed to DPD, after a few days - DPD still say waiting on parcel. I'm unsure whether parcel had actually been despatched.
Once I contact CASO, I received item very quickly so problem was resolved.
The 1660 How Water Dispenser is great, much better than previous item I used, and dispenses hotter water - so makes much better tea.

Great water dispenser
Bought this to replace another brand machine that had started leaking after 4 years. So far so good.It looks smart and definitely produces hotter water than our old machine.

Hot Water Dispenser - excellent. Pity about support from the supplier!
I bought during the January sale direct from website - why did I need to enter a code to get special offer ?...having omitted to enter the code I missed out on the offer - supplier said they would send me the offered filters but didn't. They also promised to call me back on another issue but didn't - not impressed
