Bought 1660 model hot water dispenser from Amazon.
It works great but tastes absolutely awful of plastic bottle left out in the sun for a week. Brackish x 10
So I turned to Caso expecting their solutions to get rid of the taste.
They thought I was a scam. They wanted purchase proof before they would even consider my problem
I sent them three varied screenshots. None were good enough. I was disgusted with their 'we must protect ourselves and our products '
Amazon are now on the case. They sent me a proper sales invoice and I have forwarded it
The reply???
We are getting a lot of calls and emails so it might take a while to get back to you!!!!!!
Good product poor staff customer policy

Best buy, with osteoarthritis this has made life so much easier. I'm so pleased with it. Delivery was quick and well packaged, reordering filters, they came next day, very happy purchaser.

Does what it is supposed to, it is quick and has a generous sized water reservoir, which is why we chose this model. Hope the expense outlay is rewarded with longevity

Absolutely loved the ice maker. & delivery was super quick.

Our Caso Design HW660 hot water dispenser failed after two and a half years. The warranty is only two years - which is low for a £130 appliance - and the company offers no help at all beyond that. With no repair or spares service this has just become expensive, short-lived electronic waste. I thought this was pretty irresponsible for a manufacturer in 2025, but they tell me they are only a retailer, and not the manufacturer! Yet their website says: ‘CASO Design has been at the forefront of innovative kitchen technology since 2003 with the goal of creating kitchen appliances that are a pleasure to use.’ Beware their website product reviews too - it seems they don’t accept negative ones! A poor product from a dishonest company.

The item has not been delivered - currently 3 working days overdue and counting and customer services have not responded to my 2 emails asking about this. Not sure what to do next. No item. No response. Very expensive mistake!

great product, fast delivery

I was torn between a new kettle and the CASO hot water dispenser. I am so glad I chose the CASO. It’s so much quicker than a kettle, so easy to use and looks stylish.

Early days, but so far all good. Quick delivered, easy to set up, working as expected. A nice addition to the kitchen, hopefully will stand the test of time as not cheap for effectively a kettle replacement.
No issues so far.
